The content of the notion of modi of subjectivity in culture is introduced and analyzed in the article. It is stated that the modi of subjectivity form the orientation of individual human actions. They provoke the activity of person, but do not determine the specific content of his action. The difference of culture of post-Enlightenment and culture of the Enlightenment is shown.

The article devoted to the investigation of the process of historical transformation of the concept of truth, which came in two directions. First direction: «from correct to true» as a result of splitting of syncretic concept of truth (Dica) and emancipation of truth (Aletheia) from the authority of ancient law. Second and opposite direction: «from the experience of unconcealedness to authenticity of judgment» as a result of secondary determination of the concept of truth from the position of law (veritas, rectitudo, justitia).

In the article the results of formation of the system of rural and urban settling on the territory of Simbirsk county in the beginning of the XVIII century are viewed. Local settlement areas are singled out and quantitative characteristics of types of settlements are identified. The relationship of various groups of people is shown.

In this article social and economic situation of Simbirsk Orthodox clergy in 1917–1920 was considered for the first time. The impact of economic and social and political factors on the level of maintenance of the clergy is analyzed. On the basis of archival documents, the conclusion is made that revolutionary events and the Сivil war of 1917–1920 led to the impoverishment of a large part of the clergy who had lost property and high social status.

In the article the biographical material in modern school textbooks on history: quantitative and qualitative analysis of the suggested for study historical personalities, the designation of their role in the historical process, ways of their characteristics and delivery is viewed. The correlation between the standard of education, curricula and textbooks is researched.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of gender component of a conceptual metaphor on the material of the English language. Types of metaphorical models, which reflect the gender stereotypes prevailing in the British culture, are revealed.

In the article the functions of German compound nouns are revealed from the viewpoint of relevance theory. Cognitive functions are defined as functions realizing semantic enrichment of these nouns that can be discovered by means of backward inference. Pragmatic functions allow to realize textual coherence.

Such concepts as «precedent names», «precedent phenomenon», «ethnomarker», «linguistic worldview», «cross-cultural communication» are considered in terms of discourse analysis. The description of the above mentioned concepts is based on the texts of student’s textbook «OUTCOMES pre-intermediate».

In the article according to the results of expert questioning the analysis of signs marked by the indirect nominations of personality in youth language of modern Germany is carried out. By building hierarchies of negative and positive qualities of nominates, the author reveals reference points of contemporary German students from gender point of view.

This article considers a psychological problem of ideal image in the systems of different sciences. Author investigates social and cultural, social and psychological reasons of ideal image, its collective nature in accordance with the ideas of world sociology. Ideal image is a level of development of society, personality, his/her intellect and mentality. The author examines the system of internal potentials of ideal image and their polyfunctional connection with the formation of personality. Methodological basis of the article is composed by scientific researches of founders of this scientific direction. The author also examines definitive registration of this problem, relations between a man and social evolution on the whole, place and role of social imitation in personal and public life of man, cultural potential of social imitation and ideal image.

The article is devoted to the investigation of life scenarios of representatives of «childfree» community and their attitudes toward motherhood. Authors analyze the earliest memories of community members concerning their relationships with mother, as well as their identification with their favorite fairytale characters. Formation of basic trust/distrust towards the world and the quality of parental directives define the attitude towards excessive internal constraints or help to build close relations and to create models of «motherhood».

In the article it is said about entry into force of the Federal Law № 23-FZ from 04.03.2013 that created need for the clarification of the existing concept of «non-procedural knowledge». Actions of the legislator, that don’t take into account the historical experience of the existing domestic criminal procedural regulation, add character of procedural knowledge to actions carried out at the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings (Art. 144) than break the accepted rules of admissibility of evidence and stages of construction of the criminal proceedings.

The article is devoted to the analysis of sources of German law of XIX–XX centuries. This gives grounds to speak of a subsidiary nature of participation of state in the process of providing those in need. Identifying of this feature of development of German statehood allows to assume that subsidiary (additional) participation of state in the process of supporting the needy is one of the basic principles of effective state social policy.
