Abstract

The present paper is devoted to the study of poetics of expressionism in L.N. Andreev’s novels about war, revolution and in the unfinished novel «Diary of Satan». The set of existentialist motives and their realization in the imaginary system of each of the novels is viewed in detail. The influence of existential conflict on the poetics of works, its inclination towards more expressiveness is noted.
