Synthesis of dynamic modes of attitude motion of spacecraft with solid propellant rocket engine
Abstract
An attitude motion of a spacecraft (SC) with variable structure around mass-center is considered. The qualitative method for the phase space analysis is applied. The analysis of motion and synthesis of modes of SC motion with variable structure is carried out. Possible evolutions of the SC motion are defined. Numerical modeling of the SC motion for nonlinear cases of inertia-mass parameters dependences is carried out.
Stabilization of steady motions of a single rotor gyrostat with a cavity filled with a liquid of high viscosity
Abstract
The problem of constructing asymptotically stability arbitrarily given flat program motions of the helicopter with tethered payload is solved. Program control and stabilizing control is done in the form of an exact analytical solution in the class of continuous functions. The problem is solved by direct method of Lyapunov stability theory with Lyapunov’s functions with constant sign of the derivatives.
Modeling of laser trimming of film resistors
Abstract
In the article the modeling application for forecasting of a trajectory of change of resistance of film resistors at trimming is considered. The scheme of modeling is developed and the models are defined, that allow to carry out a forecasting estimation of possibility to achieve the nominal value of resistance at the setting of the managing program. The method can be used in the systems of the automated design of hybrid integrated circuits and in the automated installations of laser trimming of film resistors.
Reduction of friction on a flat plate in the presence of a fluid film on its surface
Abstract
The problem of a longitudinal flow of a flat plate by the airflow is proposed. On the plate surface is located liquid film, course of which occurs due to gravity and the oncoming flow. Shear stress at the interface is calculated. According The results of solving the problem, reduction the friction stress is obtained.

The aim of the project - reducing the risks of failure of the project by early detection of contradictions, inconsistencies and excessive demands on the TTO stages of technical proposal and preliminary design, and, consequently, reduce the cost of bringing the design to match customer requirements with the use of model-based approach to design.
Design of reinforced specified fatigue life capability airframe panels containing notches
Abstract
Calculation procedure of maximum allowable by the fatigue life value of the stress concentration factor (SCF) in reinforced airframe panels containing notches is presented. The problem of reducing the SCF in the passenger airplane wing panel with notches and holes is discussed. The problem is solved by means of interactive simulation and search for the reasonable design alternate basing on the 3D finite element model of the panel.
Investigations for landing gear rational parameters selection
Abstract
The problem of nose landing gear “shimmy” is discussed in consideration with ambient air temperature, airplane frame elasticity, nose gear steering wheel play (backlash). Calculational results of some optimal landing gear parameters evaluation and comparative analysis of different landing gear shock struts loading during aircraft landing are presented. Four-wheel main landing gears are investigated.

Linear mathematical model for the determination of rational treatment conditions on the finishing end milling operations in the manufacture of aircraft parts

The mathematical model is submitted for definition of rational conditions of processing at the end-milling, consisting of linear objective function and linear restrictions – inequalities. As objective function the equation determining machine time of processing is used, and as restrictions – inequalities, the restrictions connected in functional parameters and parameters, determining quality of processing.
Methodology for the submission of the tensors and operators of assembly space transformations in the technologies of aicraft assembly
Abstract
Investigated the set-theoretic and logical levels of modeling of mechanical connections between structural elements collected by the aircraft in accordance with the scheme of the spatial relationship of assembly units of a product design with the given initial and boundary conditions. Description of the nature of the element of motion in the assembly product is a quantitative trajectory matrices of states according to the general assembly of a product graph. The trajectories of motion are described methods of analytic geometry, matrices and displacement, as well as statements that describe the movement as a vector quantity.
Application gazolaser cutting the polymeric coating of skin
Abstract
In article the decision of a problem of improvement of quality of the surface received after dimensional chemical etching, by application gazolaser cutting a sheeting is considered {examined}. Comparative data on application of various technologies cutting a sheeting, a substantiation of application gazolaser cutting are cited. Significant economic benefit, attainable due to introduction of the that technology is shown.
Research of technological heredity influence on setting of procedure of measurements on coordinate-measurement machine in case of out-of-flatness detecting for aircraft engineering parts

In the paper consideration is being given to principles of construction of pulse-magnetic installations with the use of components of new vintage: impulse capacitors of high specific energy, vacuum and thyratron dischargers. The installations use energy saving schemes of economy-type supply. Main parameters of a number of pulse-magnetic installations developed for different fields of application are given.
Hardening of blade gas turbine engines mixture balls and heated microballs

Vital parts of the GTE that working in extreme conditions, exposed to all sorts of negative effects: fever, alternating loads. Because of these difficulties there are a lot of variety of methods to improve the reliability and durability of the blades of GTE. There are a method of hardening mixture of balls, microballs, and a specially designed stand in this article.
Increasing the equivalence of realize full scale tests with the influence of geometrics parameters of the load system
Abstract
The main characteristics of modern loading systems for fatigue tests of full-scale aircraft, determining the error of programs loading, were shown. The simulation of the loading system of the stand at tests was conducted. The possibility of selecting the geometric parameters of load the system to compensate for errors introduced by various factors when playing loads spectrum loading was found. Such a simulation and an informed approach to the selection of setting angles loading devices were used on a stand of fatigue certification test SuperJet-100 in establishing a system of loading of the wing.

We set methods of producer 3D parametric models of fastening parts and parts of transmission. Established of parametric 3D models makes it possible to reduce the complexity of three-D and planar geometric modeling by choosing the data of standart parametric models and sample parts with the desired configuration from the base and automatically change their size to the required values.
The device for the determination of blades oscillation parameters based on nonlinear approximation of primary transducers signals
Abstract
New method for the determination of blades oscillation parameters is proposed. The approach is based on the analysis of primary transducers signals distortions using nonlinear approximation techniques. Blades oscillations lead to distortions of primary transducer output signal, non-linear approximation techniques allow to determine blade oscillation parameters. The system for the determination of blades oscillation parameters with front-end processing module and succeeding processing on PC is described.

Comparison of mathematical simulation results and experimental research of PVD-K3-1 air pressure probe

The paper presents the test results and mathematical modeling data of air pressure probes and gives justification of using mathematical modeling in further design of similar air pressure probes, as well as provides estimate of applicability of OpenFOAM program for modeling air pressure probe. The paper also gives impact of air stream wash on measurement error of air pressure.

For the studies we used samples of steel St3sp and 09G2S.The research results allowed to determine the optimum temperature dip zinc coating and to obtain high-quality zinc coatings on siliconcontaining steels.
Measurements of pulse pressures within the volume of a melt in terms of intense impulse interferences
Abstract
A procedure for measurements of pressure in a metal melt under the action of the pulse-magnetic field is presented. For measurements in terms of intense interferences, attendant on pulse currents of the kilo-ampere range, an acoustic waveguide is used with the galvanic isolation of the pressure detector by liquid medium.
Curing agent for regulation of anisotropy mechanical properties of fibreglasses
Abstract
The article addresses the problem of influence unequal curing caused by the temperature gradient in the thickness of the material anisotropy on the strength properties of PCM. The authors studied the influence of the catalysts for curing epoxy binder EDT-69N to be used for the manufacture of multilayer polymer composite materials (PCM). According to the dielectric spectroscopy proved ac-celerating effect of selected compounds on the curing process of epoxy binder EDT-69N with the forming of fiberglass. The authors show the possibility of regulating the process of curing with the aid of catalysts to reduce the influence of temperature gradient on the anisotropy of strength properties of the matrix in the manufacture of PCM.
Fabrication, properties and possibility of the application to aircraft building estimation of nanofilm composites
Abstract
Technology of the nanofilm coating on the rubber substrate is developed. Elastic-strength, electric and other properties of rubber-like composites are studied. Technology of fabrication of the nanosize film, particularly Al2O3-nanofilm on the aluminum surface, is proposed. Temperature and acceleration voltage dependence of the ion free path in the substrate crystal lattice is investigated.
On the development of experimental methods in research of folded core type z-crimp on the transverse compressive test strength

Comparative tests of the degradation mechanical properties 2 composite materials in high humidity and temperature

The matrix absorbs moisture from the environment and plasticized, if the product is made of polymeric composite materials (PCM) is used in conditions of high humidity and temperature. The value of the glass transition temperature (Tg) and the limiting temperature of use of the product decreases. Use the following types of tests to determine the extent of degradation of mechanical properties of PCM: three-point bending, compression, and computation of the glass transition point.

The article describes the life cycle model of high-tech aircraft instrument-making industry products. On the basis of this model is created design automation software package unified information space of the enterprise. Created software package allows us to describe business processes, key generated and used artifacts, types and data formats used by tools, and determine the best set of tools for building an effective unified information space of the enterprise and information support of aviation embedded information and control systems lifecycle.
Practical application of the methodology of mature production process for pitomated work flow management technology
Abstract
In the paper there are proposes and describes an automated work flow management process design and technological preparation of production based on the methodology of mature production processes (CMM). An important advantage of the developed software is automating the process of visual flow control engineering works, adapting the methodology for this purpose, mature manufacturing processes. Basing on its principles permits a more detailed study of work flow process (through iterative principles), and facilitates the scheduling of production activities.
Using computer models spatial dimension chains and database of virtual assemblies for improvement of assembly operations performance
Abstract
The coupled three dimensional chains defining the precision parameters of assembly was built for the mounting of power plant on the helicopter’s airframe. For the assembled structure the dimensional forward and inverse problems were stated and numerical algorithm of its resolving was developed. Considering as the “grey box” the 3D dimensional chain with known architecture but unknown sizes of each parts we created the database of the virtual assemblies which was used to find the assembly – analog, and further to the synthesis of one step setting of the moving compensators at mounting of the real world aggregate.

A method of optimal parameters for electrothermal and jet protection of the airliner cockpit windows from fogging based on the use of the cockpit thermal state mathematical model is developed. Development of methods for solving of direct and inverse problems of heat exchange and determination of confidence intervals of parametrical identification assessment is implemented. The required characteristics of electrothermal and jet protection of the airliner cockpit windows from fogging are obtained.

Use of differential equations in the form of Encke for the study of motion small solar system bodies
Abstract
The numerical integration of differential equations of motion of small bodies in the solar system is considered in the form of Encke . For short-period comets and asteroids Apollo and Aten, a comparison of the results of numerical integration of the equations of motion in standard form and shape of the Encke is conducted. In this article has shown that the equations of Enke is preferable to use for celestial bodies, with close rapprochement with perturbing planets, as well as the use of methods of numerical integration of the low order.
