This article is focused on the influence of Glamour on social imagination of post-Soviet people. The goal of the article is to consider how perception of Glamour change affects the process of new identity of «post-Soviet man» formation. Two important aspects of modern popular culture: first, media existence of Glamour that generates new fashion images, second, how this Glamour ideology affects fashion industry in Russia are viewed in the article. Glamour has its own place in the system of images of modern Russian mass culture. Reframe and perception of Glamour demonstrates painful points of acquisition of identity, new forms of femininity.

The article considers the opposition of True and False as the problem of Axial Age. Exploring the origins of the problem, the author refers to the works of Homer. The paper shows how in the course of historical separation and opposition between True and False essential connection between them escapes and is forgotten. Meanwhile, the analysis of Early Greek term «Aletheia» indicates a significant relationship between them.

The article considers basic problems of efficiency of central executive power in modern Russia. Author examines a prerequisite of insufficient organization of the system, as well as the main problems arisen at this stage of administrative reform; the possible prospects of this reform and improving state administration in Russia are also analyzed. The author concludes that state administration reform can achieve the greatest effect only within a major reorganization of political system.

The article analyzes the forms of existence of cultural and social practices in urban space on an example of phenomenon of twin cities. Twinning is seen as a social practice, which has resource potential for the city and its residents.

This article deals with the points difference of historiosophical semantics shaped models of Moscow and St. Petersburg, which we find in the works of Russian literature. Moscow appears in the function of centre-the collector of Russian lands, Petersburg as imperial centre displays the country into outer space. Each of these multidimensional models has its own balance of pro-governmental and private. Each type has its own part of the general historiosophical meaning of Russia as a whole.

In the article the behavior of the SR-terrorist suicide after the attempt, during the investigation, and judicial process is analyzed. The author concludes that the terrorist was easily suggestible, was inclined to ecstaticism and suicidality.

The article is devoted to the analysis of Kuibyshev region believers’ petitions for Orthodox churches opening in 1943-1961. Opening motivations, social cast of initiators, main procedure stages, the way of parochial (curacy’s) executive body organization, refusal wordings are widely examined in the article. Petition summary statistics is given as well and is based on the survived Secular (Fund of the Council Representative on Russian Orthodox Church affairs at the Council of People’s commissars / Council of Ministers of the USSR for Kuibyshev region) and Church ( Kuibyshev Eparchial Department Fund) documentary basis.

The article discusses the historiography of the problem of establishment and operation of Chuvash economic council, some historiographical aspects. Stages are identified in the study of the history of Chuvash Economic Council and the most significant research works on the topic of work are analyzed.

In the article the history of establishment and development of the Russian-American diplomatic relations in the beginning of the XX century is issued. In particular the influence of some conventions and international conflicts on the Russian-American relations is discussed. The conclusion was done about plurality of factors that influenced on the evolution of the Russian-American diplomatic relations during this historical period.

The present paper deals with the category of perfectivity. The functional and semantic aspect of this category and its place in the English linguistic view of the world are discussed. The analysis of the aspect of modality is given in the article. The aim of this article is to show the potential of perfectivity in the context of cognitive theory.

 The article reports on the results of experimental research of contrast accent in the speech of American, Russian and Mexican speakers of English with special emphasis on nucleus realization on the contrastive element. On the basis of experimental data the characteristic features of contrastive accent in Spanish are revealed. Examples of interfering native language influence in the English speech of the Mexicans are described, as well as cases of positive linguistic transfer in the English speech of Russians.

The results of research in the sphere of communication between the representatives of native English speakers and immigrants are discussed in the terms of modern discursive practices.

In this article the story «Freemason» is analyzed via the context of the whole M. Osorgin’s creation. This story is a testimony of creative reorientation of the writer - from historiosophy to examination of the inner world of a usual, even «an Insignificant» man. The way and death / resurrection mythologems are brought into focus at methalevel to set forth a myth of human soul evolution.

The Strugatsky brothers’ creative work is distinguished in the context of soviet and post-soviet prose about everyday life. Motives general for the literature of that time and the role of fantastic elements in the generation of the plot are viewed. It is investigated how in the science-fiction prose of the Strugatsky brothers’ the type of event, characteristic for the contemporary narrative literature is formed.

The article is connected with the innovation activity of students of establishments of average vocational training as one of the key competence of a future expert, the main directions of formation of alacrity for the innovative activity are developed.

In the article the authoring system of formation of readiness to the communicative interaction which ensures the preparing of specialists to the interaction with the organizers of air traffic in the process of international flights is presented.

The article contains historical and psychological analysis of Russian aviation psychology results of development throughout the period from 1912 till 2012. The author argues that military aviation psychology is a specific and genetic base of aviation psychology. The conclusion is made about the determinants of its development: logic of development of Russian psychology; technical progress in aviation.

The article reveals the urgent problem of relationship between state regulation and self-regulation of auditing activity. The author gives a consistent description of self-regulation on the level of selfregulatory organizations of auditors and the Audit Board, which makes it possible to conclude that there is no integrated concept of self-regulation with its fundamental principles in the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in development of phraseological units belonging to different layers of spoken American and Canadian English. Having for their main source slang and colloquialisms, new phrases are marked by a high degree of anthropocentricity as their thematic sphere is restricted by human environment, man’s physical state, behaviour, morals. Structurally the given units are predominantly binominal word combinations, whose one or two centres possess an anthropocentric meaning.

 In the paper «active» and «passive» forms of participation of community in the law-making process in the Russian Federation are considered. «Active» and «passive» forms of this participation are allocated. The conclusion is made that improvement of the given forms promotes development of civil society in the Russian Federation.

The article deals with the emergence and development of the concept of restorative justice, as well as mediation procedure as one way of implementation of the given concept.
