Abstract
In the article the history of establishment and development of the Russian-American diplomatic relations in the beginning of the XX century is issued. In particular the influence of some conventions and international conflicts on the Russian-American relations is discussed. The conclusion was done about plurality of factors that influenced on the evolution of the Russian-American diplomatic relations during this historical period.
