THE FORMS OF PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY IN THE LAW-MAKING PROCESS IN RUSSIA

Abstract

 In the paper «active» and «passive» forms of participation of community in the law-making process in the Russian Federation are considered. «Active» and «passive» forms of this participation are allocated. The conclusion is made that improvement of the given forms promotes development of civil society in the Russian Federation.
