Stabilization of steady motions of a single rotor gyrostat with a cavity filled with a liquid of high viscosity
Abstract
The present paper investigates the motion of the mass center-rotor gyrostat with a cavity completely filled with a viscous liquid. Are given the dynamic equations of motion in angular rate on the axis of the body of the carrier-related coordinate system.The conditions of stability and instability of motion in the first approximation. For unstable regimes of motion is synthesized by active stabilizing control by the feedback principle.
Gas-discharge generation of near-wall flows
Abstract
The paper presents results of gas jets study generated by surface discharges in air at atmospheric pressure applied to the problems of flows control. The possibility of large eddies destruction by near-wall jet is shown. For modification of boundary layer by surface discharge, the electrode system configurations are discussed.
Experimental study of air flow in axisymmetric diffuser output section with rotating wall
Abstract
The effect of axisymmetric diffuser wall rotation was experimental studied. Diffuser with an apex angle of 30 degrees was investigated by PIV method on Re number from 9 000 to 44 000 and the angular velocity from 0 to 3000 rpm. POD method was used for no stationary flow description. The study showed that rotating diffuser walls leads to expansion of the air flow at the output, and can be viewed as a method to increase their effectiveness.
Lift of the airfoil with spoiler
Abstract
A model of a stationary vortex for the potential circulation flow around airfoil-spoiler combination has been proposed. The solution is obtained for the flow of incompressible ideal fluid. The Complex Variable Function Theory is applied. For the simulation of the recirculation area, a stationary vortex is used, the location of which is found by minimizing a velocity function. Dependence of the lift on the angle of attack, relative length of the spoiler and its angle of deflection is obtained.
Drag function for the striking element sphere-class on subsonic velocity
Abstract
The work is devoted to the definition of drag coefficient model submunitions on the example of the sphere. In a medium of ANSYS CFX been calculated and compared with experimental data published.
Numerical study of free convection in long vertical cylinder at constant vertical gradient of temperature on lateral surface
Abstract
Buoyancy-induced flow of water in the long vertical cylinder is studied. CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools (Ansys CFX) is used. Influence of aspect ratio and difference of temperatures on wall of the cylinder on intensity of buoyancy-induced flow is analysed.
Increase of operational characteristics of details at the expense of depositions plasma thermal spray coatings cluster structure
Abstract
Creating the structure of ordered clusters of plasma coating enhances performance properties of coatings. This structure facilitates the localization of fatigue cracks and prevent their further spread. The simulation of the formation of such a structure, which allows to determine the optimal modes of deposition of different materials.
Methods of calculating the parameters of the topology and routes for manufacturing operations in the aggregate-assemblu production
Abstract
The features of geometric dimension of linking the elements of assembly of compounds based on a unified information model of the product. It is shown that when establishing tolerances for each of the links dimensional chain of fundamental importance that the ratio between actual design and technological constraints dimensional element of the assembly determines the level of residual stresses in the product design, resulting in the assembly process, and should be considered in computer-aided design technology processes.

Optimization of strength characteristics of lighting devices aircraft by construction of virtual models
Abstract
We study the possibility of building a digital model of the aircraft lighting unit diffuser surface, being an authentic reproduction of the real headlight diffuser, using the state-of-the-art modeling tools. The authentic numerical model means that not only the geometric parameters but also physiotechnical properties are in the maximal possible agreement with the real object. The use of the authentic 3D model in various CAD-systems will not only enable the real object’s performance parameters to be prognosticated but also its design to be optimized based on a variety of criteria.
Thin-walled plates and covers with surface-crack defects in elastoplastic approach
Abstract
In work definition of area of possible limiting conditions of thin-walled plates and covers from an ideal elastoplastic material with not through blind fractured defect (scratch) is considered. Areas of possible limiting conditions for scratches of variable depth are considered. Comparison of experimental and theoretical data is given. The problem of determination of the limiting extent of defects which at the set level of operational loadings can lead to catastrophic destruction of all design is solved.
Design procedure of factor of rigidity of aviation elastic elements
Abstract
In work the design procedure of factor of rigidity of an elastic element of type of "the squirrel wheel» is resulted. The given technique allows to raise essentially accuracy of calculations of the elastic elements applied in aviation engines.
Evaluation procedure of effect of surface treatment on low-cycle material fatigue
Abstract
The plastic flow near the angular wedge under the burnishing of surface is considered. Fields of strain and specific internal forces work in the plastic region are specified. An algorithm for determination of part of internal forces work is suggested. This part of work has connected with the material hardening and has effect on thefailure of material under the burnishing.
Nitriding influence on residual stresses and endurance limit of specimens with notches made of 38Х2МЮА steel
Abstract
The residual stresses after nitriding in specimens with notch made of 38Х2МЮА steel are studied. It is established that the average integral residual stresses criterion can be used for the evaluation of endurance limit increment at bending for such specimens.

Abstract
Residual stresses in cylindrical specimens made of BHC40 steel with V-shaped notches after grinding, notching, nitriding and nitriding with the subsequent thermoexposition at 600°С during two and 590 hours are studied.

In this paper the method of the solution of an uncoupled thermo elastic problem with boundary conditions of the first kind is offered. The analytical decision for homogeneous isotropic arbitrary form body limited to a piecewise smooth surface is found.
Evaluation of thermochemical treatment influence on fatigue strength of specimens under normal and high temperatures
Abstract
The influence of cementation, nitriding and borating on endurance limit of corset specimens made of ВКС-5, ЭП718 and ВНС-17 allows under normal and high temperatures are studied. It is established that the average integral residual stresses criterion can be used for the prediction of endurance limit for specimens like these.
Simulation of aircraft multistage axial turbine working processes taking into account over-shroud leakage flows and blading inflows

The calculation research of the working process of multistage axial turbine in two different software systems was performed. The calculations were performed using an identical geometry, boundary conditions and under the same engine operation conditions. Detailed information about the parameters and structure of the flow in the turbine.
Reduction of circumferential variation in the final stage of IPC
Abstract
Circumferential variation of the flow in final stage rotor wheel, caused by the support racks at the exit of the IPC, is evaluated by means of intermediate pressure compressor’s workflow 3D model. The methods of reducing the flow circumferential variation by changing final stage’s guide vanes angles.
Vortical gaz-wind-energy plant
Abstract
The estimation of possibility of use combined vorticalvind-energy plants for development of the electric power. The three-dimensional model is designed and numerical calculation stator parts vind-energy plant is executed. Distributions of parameters of a stream in all settlement area are received. Dependence of power efficiency of installation on static pressure on an exit from calculation area is revealed.
Construction and calculation of three-dimensional model threedimensional model of ice combustion chamber for dynamic calculation of heat processes in ANSYS Fluent
Abstract
This paper deals with building of model combustion chamber of a four-cycle four-cylinder internal combustion engine Mitsubishi 4G63. 3D-model is done in program complexes SolidWorks and ANSYS Gambit. In ANSYS Gambit interfaces is created for the volumes belonging to the model. Then model is exported to ANSYS Fluent for dynamic calculations of work processes of Internal Combustion Engine. Also it is shown results of this calculation.

Abstract
The influence of rotor blades with anti-vibration shroud and Shvarov's profile compared to conventional blades on compressor efficiency is investigated. The variation of compressor efficiency is quantitatively evaluated at 4 operation modes.
Optimization of aircraft seven stage compressor first stages parameters
Abstract
The optimization of multistage compressor of gas turbine engine is considered. Optimization was performed by changing the guide vanes angles of three stages. As a result the increasing of compressor efficiency by 0.3% was achieved on one of the main modes of operation.
Dependence of required turbine inlet temperature at cruise mode of long-term flight on bypass ratio
Abstract
The relation between turbine inlet temperature at flight cruise mode (at specified thrust value) and the bypass ratio is described. It is proved that the increase of the bypass ratio leads to increase of gas temperature value.

The complex studies have been made to investigate the influence of the main alloying elements Zn, Mg, Cu, small additives Zr, Sc, Ag, impurities Fe and Si on the strength, fracture toughness, fatigue properties, corrosion resistance, microstructure parameters (dispersoids, strengthening precipitates, recrystallization degree, grain size) of forged semiproducts manufactured from high strength forgeable alloys of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu system.
Determination of parameters of pulse-magnetic forming
Abstract
The paper proposes the engineer method for calculation of forming of a wide spectrum of axially symmetric and sheet articles. Therewith such important factors of the process are taken into account as the energy losses by inducing a field within the inductor in the case of forming on a workpiece expansion scheme and presence of inductor's turns not covered by the workpiece. The experimental verification has supported rather high accuracy of determination of regimes of forming of different articles.
Action of pulsed magnetic field on the melt in the manufacture of "metal-nonmetal" composites
Abstract
In this paper the results of exploratory researches in the Samara State Aerospace University, to obtain of the “metal-nonmetal” compounds with the action of pulsed magnetic field (PMF) in the molten metal are considered. Two types of such compounds are obtained: 1) metal electrical contact plugsin the carbon blocks, and 2) a composite material based on aluminum matrix reinforced with carbon fabric.

The choice of the kinematic scheme of formoobrazovany by stretch forming of obvodoobrazuyushchy covers of a difficult spatial form depends on the angular values connected with a corner of coverage of an obtyazhny punch by preparation and with a corner of unbendingof a cover between operations of consecutive covering.Researches were carried out by means of the final and element analysis in the program ANSYS/LS-DYNA environment for a cover with concrete geometrical characteristics. By results of research the choice of one of three kinematic schemes was carried out.

Existing ways ofstretch forming aren't capable to ensure obvodoobrazuyushchy covers of double curvature of the minimum nonuniform thickness. However use of the flexible device of mathematical modeling of surfaces of planes and coverings will allow to execute all necessary calculations and to offer the consecutive scheme combining two operations of covering with intermediate unloading and unbendingby received on the first covering of a cover of the demanded geometrical form.

Probable consequences of Russia’s accession to world trade organization for national aviation industry
Abstract
The article gives the analysis of World Trade Organization documents with the aimo festimation of probable consequences of Russia’s accession to this international organization for national aviation industry. Three groups of documents were under consideration – multi lateral greements, dispute cases materials and Russia’s accession documents. It was found that government support of aviation industry does not completely correspond to WTO legislation. It is advisably to work out new methods of civilair craft development financing using the experience and materials of WTO disputes of civil aircraft producers.

The article considers the prospects of using information-analytical system for monitoring the status of design, technology and manufacturing processes of the aircraft enterprise. The paper describes an approach for production enterprise staff interaction management in processes of designengineering technology of aerospace techniques in integrated information space based on a methodology of top-down design. There is provided an analysis of practical implementation of top-down design methodology in Samara Space Center. To implement the top-down design methodology there is proposed a structure for conditional management of new technique design workflow.

We propose an approach of estimating foundry efficiency in aircraft building company. The approach is based on level determination of the goal achievement in foundry. Besides, it allows to provide an objective assessment of the production in terms of resource consumption, to reveal factors that have a significant impact on the manufacturing process, to search for production reserves, to determine the feasibility study of new forms of production management and organization.

The approaches to the continuous information lifecycle support system construction are investigated. Systems mentioned should be based on poly-platform information systems integration.Comparison of mono-platform and polyplatform solution from the applicability is presented.
