The article clarifies the term «auditory culture», describes its forms and features in the modern social reality. Today the sound environ becomes a place of deployment of multiple social interactions. Auditory culture is established as an object of socio-philosophical analysis.

In the given work a brief theoretical review and also the results of the research on the knowledge transfer from a manager to his subordinates in the international consulting firm are given. On the basis of the analysis social mechanisms that influence knowledge management are revealed.

The apology of artwork in the works by protopresbyter Alexander Schmemann is based on the understanding of art as creative understanding and transformation of the Universe, as collaboration with God, as revelation of the potential by God.
