SOCIAL FACTORS OF KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE RUSSIAN BUSINESS-ORGANISATION

Abstract

In the given work a brief theoretical review and also the results of the research on the knowledge transfer from a manager to his subordinates in the international consulting firm are given. On the basis of the analysis social mechanisms that influence knowledge management are revealed.
