Abstract
The article is focused on the review and analysis of political process in organization as a system of relations about participation in decision-making. The article contains analysis of main groups of factors proposed by western scholars to facilitate and block employees drawing into discussion around organizational decisions. Moreover it was made an attempt to find and classify some common principles and key aspects of political system analyses in contemporary business-organizations.
