Causes and trends of employer’s opportunism in conditions of economic instability
Abstract
The author determines the nature of opportunistic behaviour of economic agents, points out the main forms of employers’ opportunism in today’s Russian labour market. Moreover, the article analyzes objective features that define the propensity towards opportunistic behaviour among employers. Finally, the author discusses the current trend and the possibility for the institutional field of the labour market to change.

AVERAGE ACCRUED WAGES DIFFERENTIATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: REGIONAL DIMENSION
Abstract
This article analyzes factors that contribute to wage differentiation in the labour market of Russian regions. It is proved that the level of wages at the Russian labour market doesn’t depend on the qualification of workers, but it depends on the economic sphere and the region in which the employee works. On the basis of statistical data it is identified that employment in Russia does not guarantee protection from poverty. The author proposes some measures to reduce wage differentiation at the regional level in Russia.

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE CHOICE OF CONTRACT IN THE LABOUR MARKET
Abstract
The article analyzes the nature of contract and investigates factors influencing choice of form of labour contract between employer and employee. When making a decision they take into account not only the specific characteristics of the particular transaction and the accompanying transaction costs, but the current situation on the labour market and its institutional environment as well. Also, considerations on choosing the particular form of agreement have been introduced.

MINIMUM WAGE DIFFERENTIATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION REGIONS
Abstract
The article analyzes the minimum wage dynamics in the Russian Federation regions during the past 15 years. Russian regions were divided into three groups in accordance with the minimum wage establishing method: the regions establishing minimum wage as a fixed value, as a percentage of the cost of living and as the federal level of minimum wage. Analysis of the Russian Federation regions distribution of the minimum wage purchasing capacity and the proportion of employees with wages lower than living cost, has proved that working poverty is not connected with the value and with the method of minimum wage establishing in the Russian Federation regions.

Definition of the main characteristics of market as a system
Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of market from the positions of the system approach. At that an emphasis is made on the main characteristics of the system – its integrity and relationships between the elements. The market is defined as a system of medium integrity level, in which «whole» and «parts» are mutually definable. Further, we discuss strategic market relationships, and additional relationships that are essential in social systems of another type.

Abstract
A brief review of cluster economics of the Samara Region is presented. Special place in the regional cluster system is taken by the innovative territorial aerospace cluster. Its organizational structure and composition of participants is shown. Innovative activity and innovative sphere is viewed. The essence of innovative infrastructure is given. Recommendations on organization of training of highly-qualified personnel for work on the enterprises of cluster and specialists on creation and organization of activity of the cluster are presented.

Solving dynamic PROPORTIONAL INCENTIVE TASK considering the effect of the learning curve
Abstract
The dynamic problem of proportional incentive taking into consideration the effect of the learning curve is formulated and solved. The problem reduces to the solution of two interconnected dynamic problems for the center and agent. A numerical algorithm for solving dynamic problem of incentive is developed. The numerical solution using dynamic programming of Bellman is received. The investigation of the influence of different types of control functions of center on the choice by the agent of actual production volumes is carried out.
