Abstract
In the published article the mathematical model of dynamics of distributed development of investments in the enterprises of aerospace cluster is suggested. Coupled nonlinear differential equations of balance for the enterprises of a cluster that take into account the effects of continuous distribution of input in the production of domestic and foreign investments are built.
