Abstract
In the article the task of formation of a cluster oriented industrial policy of the region, creation of a common innovation infrastructure of industry, ensuring effective use of national and foreign scientific and technological potential, analysis of conditions for the modernization of aerospace industry and accelerated development of its most successful and competitive segments on the current stage of economic development is of paramount importance.
