Abstract
In the article the experiment al research of interaction of a drop wise plume of a liquid with heated granulouse fillings from pellets of the different sizes and bed depths is considered. The outcomes of experiments are represented by the way of relations of a mass share of a vaporized liquid to temperature of a high layer of a filling, width of a filling and sizes of pellets.
The optical fiber systems for initiation of high-energy materials
Abstract
The optical fiber systems with semiconductor lasers are advanced means of single use in engine aircraft systems. They consist of semiconductor lasers, optical fibers or cable, matching devices between source and fiber, optical connectors and dividers, etc. The application of fiber optical elements except of foreign mission penetration. Тhese systems allow to create delay lines depend on fiber l ength and to make possible signal multiplication, spectral multiplexing, resolve light transmitting band at using different optical elements and creat e the multichannel initiation lines. The semiconductor laser with power at 1 W building in fiber were using to construct the detonator systems.
The implementation of laser illumination for movable objects location
Abstract
The possibilities of method of laser location implementation with use of changeable wavelength, pulse frequency and pulse duration were investigated. For the present method dependence of characteristics of surface reflecting against laser wavelength, pulse frequency and pulse duration at the surface light sounding were expose. The changeable wavelength and tunable pulse-periodic operation of operation are unique possibilities of laser systems.
Matrix analysis in enterprise executive system
Abstract
In work various ways of matrixes application in business operation are analyzed. The relation (connection) between elements of two and more sets can be submitted in the matrix form. The composition of relations allows to simplify the analysis of connections between elements of sets. The example of us e of priorities matrixes in a control system of the enterprise is resulted.

The laser information measurement system for investigation of high-speed processes
Abstract
The authors have developed the installation for investigation of initiation by laser radiation such high-speed processes, as combustion, explosive combustion, change the combustion in detonation and just detonation in condensed systems. The developed installation allows to explore at the same rate with temporary resolution the motion of front of sample under its irradiation by laser source and the scatter of products of decomposition. It is established that the increasing of wavelength of laser radiation increase the beam energy threshold required for explosive decomposition initiation in given systems.
The investigation of energy consuption at the interaction of laser emission with high energy materials
Abstract
By using relatively high laser power densities, it is possible to quickly heat small portion of the explosive to the critical temperature. The application of lasers to initiate explosives is advantageous because it allows to closely control and measure how much energy is delivered to the explosive and the rate at which that energy is delivered. The researcher has some degree of control over how much of the explosive material is heated by the laser. This is accomplished primarily by varying the spot size produced by the laser, as control over the penetration depth of the laser light into the explosive is much more limited and difficult to measure.
High temperature pressure sensor for engine working processes control
Abstract
During the engine tests the working processes control is conducted. Among others such control requires different pressure measurements. The most of the processes are accompanied by the working environment temperatures rise, which may be highly essential. Contemporary means of pressure measurements, which are used in automatic systems for the engine tests control are intended for work in temperature range up to 80ОС. Unlike known the suggested high temperature pressure sensor ensures precision of measurements at the expense of compensation of errors, which appear during pressures definition at high environment temperature. The sensor permits to widen of temperature range up to 400ОС. For that the additional measurements error doesn’t exceed 0,5%.
Nozzle with a property of shape memory
Abstract
Nozzle is a part of a water-jet ejector, which is included to water heating. In recompense for the flow rate and temperature of heat-t rans fer agent decreasing the nozzle section area will expand. This results in increasing temperature and flow rate up to the initial level. Nozzle is made of nickel-titanium alloy that has a property of shape memory.
Independent from destabilizing factors influence contactless optic sensor for position and vibration measurements in automatic systems
Abstract
During contactless vibration measurements of disks, blades and other rotation construction elements of engine it is necessary to inspect of the operation gap between research object surface and the sensor with high precision (0.05 % – 0.1 %) in the conditions of such destabilizing factors influence, as strong electromagnetic and electrostatic fields, environment pollution, wear of construction elements of engine, high temperatures, feeding sources voltages variations, earch surface reflecting coefficient changes and so on. Moreover the influence factors are changing accident ally. In order to solve this problem the two-channel optic sensor with modulated emission for precision positioning was elaborated. In this sensor the positioning accuracy is achieved by subtraction of the photodiodes currents, research object surface is illuminated by modulated emission with the help of semiconductor laser, and laser pulses duration is chosen divisible to 1/50 Hz. The long-time positioning error (during a few hours) at the output of the device doesn't exceed 0,1 micrometer in the conditions of enumerated destabilizing factors influence.

Using of the liquids with the high absorbing ability in lamellar vibration isolators
Abstract
For a number of designs lamellar vibration isolators the effective silicon organic liquids are selected with the high absorbing ability, released by domestic industry and optimum reliefs are chosen on surfaces of plates. The estimation of efficiency created vibration isolators is executed at bench dynamic tests - in a range of frequencies from 5 up to 500 Hz vibration isolators reduces the force transmitted on the case of the car from 4 up to 6 times.
Friction and resource of articulate spherical bearings working without lubrication
Abstract
The methodology of determination of a resource (with use of dependence for definition of intensity of the wear process submitted in generalized variables) and friction coefficient of spherical hinge plain bearings, working without lubrication is developed. Comparison of the results obtained from developed methodology and results of experiments which has shown the satisfactory consent is made. It has allowed to draw a conclusion that, the calculation formulas offered in work, can be used at the design stage of bearings.

Abstract
This publication contains the description of an information system of supporting the reliability on the level of an aviation engine-building company as an element of the overall airworthiness control dedicated to the fleet of serial aviation gas-turbine engines. The reader will see the database existing at NPO Saturn used to control the level of fail-safety and configuration management of a fleet of aviation gas-turbine engines at the stage of serial production based on monitoring over the arrays of failures (malfunctions) and the engine accumulated flight hours. Among the reviewed subjects, we can see the functions of the reliability information system and modernization of the engine safety aimed at fine-tuning the Russian and the western approaches to the airworthiness management.

Design and experimental investigation of combustors atomizing device
Abstract
Design procedure of combustors atomization device including pressure swirl fuel nozzle +air axial swirler + its sidewall is proposed based on hydraulic calculations of simple pressure swirl fuel atomizer and air swirler. Geometrical parameters are chosen so that fuel jets are not collided with air swirler wall and propagated in air layer or near its inner boundary at the end of the sidewall. Example of atomizing device PS-90 type is given. By means of optical diagnostics for simultaneous fuel drop size and concentration determination in spray cross sections, modified atomization system were developed with low drop size (SMD lesser 20μm) and angular non-uniformity (lesser 15%).
Distribution calculation of dropwise – liquid and vaporous fuel in combustion chamber spray – type component
Abstract
This work devoted to investigation of frontal device with 3-stage swirler for low-emission combustion chamber. The numerical model includes the Reynolds equations and Lagrangian individual droplet equations. Fuel distribution calculations were made for any real engine regimes. The results show large difference in vapour and liquid fuel phase concenration distributions.

The work deals with the concept and the results of elaboration of the automated test bench for testing the Rocket Engine of Small Tractive Force (STFRE). The methods of measuring the basic engine parameters are observed, as well as signal transformation systems, HW (hardware) and SW (software) for data measuring, registration and processing and for operating the engine under different conditions presupposed by the programme.
The automated informative complex for test operation of aviation gas turbine engine
Abstract
The schemes and the results of elaboration of the automated informative complex for test operation of aviation gas turbine engine are presented in this work. This automated complex is used for laboratory works in the process of education, as well as for realization of research activities. The work deals with HW (hardwarе) and SW (softwarе) of automated probation, with the help of which one can run the remote control experiments in real -time mode by means of information network, including Internet.

Development of the techical requrement forming and validation technique in the GTE through course computer designing
Abstract
Within the limits of the through course computer designing (TCCP) process of forming a technical requirement in conformity with standards occurs on a KiPDLA chair under direction of teachers. A «Technical requirement on GTE designing forming and validation» process is broken into subprocesses in which based upon initial a conceptual GTE model and then GTE block diagram are created, criteria of optimization are defined, and the constructive-power scheme of support arrangement is created. Working on «Technical requirement on GTE designing forming and validation» procedure the opportunity of creation of the information system intended for support of GTE designing processes, storing, searching and the retrospective analysis of the information at training the future designer is shown.
Development of the technique of gas turbine engines' data storage structure forming
Abstract
The organization of gas turbine engines data storage leans on information integration of processes during the through course computer project execution. Using hierarchical structure of design process, it is possible to create information object of the engine designing in the product data management (PDM) system environment – a «GTE data storage» database, in which the special classes, having there own set of attributes are created and used. The subordinate class inherits attributes from a higher class. Thus, in hierarchical structure of data the description information of GTE becomes fuller and specific.

It was investigated and optimized pulsejet`s performances. As compared with other flying analogues the engine is available flying up to 0,9…1,2 Mach number. The pulsejet could be used as propulsion system for high-speed unmanned aircraft, as space vehicle’s first-stage engine.

In the paper an interpretation of fatigue damaging the surface layers on friction are given. Results of working out a kinetic criteria of durability of surface layers is presented. Received criterion may be used for estimation of activation characteristics of destruction of materials, modeling the damageability and destruction of materials, and wear calculation.
Development of techniques and means of estimating the activation parameters of destruction of surface layers by scratching method
Abstract
In the article results of development of methods and apparatus for estimating the activation parameters of destruction of surface layers are described. Techniques are based on activating the plastic instability of a surface layer by the scratching method. The received results can be used for an experimental estimation of parameters of kinetic model for calculation of speed of fatigue wearing.
Perfection of kinetic model of fatigue wearing of surfaces on friction
Abstract
In the article results of laboratory research of wear process of pair friction «bronze - steel» with the imposed normal vibration are described. The technique and the stand for wear tests at the imposed vibration are presented. Ways of an estimation of own frequency of a frictional joint are shown. Results of development of calculation model of kinetic type for an estimation of speed of wear process are resulted in view of influence of dynamic loadings.

Abstract
The structurally functional circuit of formation of operational characteristics of details is submitted at laser processing by continuous radiation. Target parameters of such technological processes are depth of processing, the form of a zone of processing, property of the processed material, and also a roughness of a surface. Distinctive features of the offered approach from traditional are that the form of a laser stain and distribution of density of capacity of radiation are considered as key parameters of a mode of processing, the choice of parameters of a laser source and development of technological optical systems is carried out according to results of the decision of a return problem of heat conductivity. The developed technological method was applied at designing technology of increase of wear resistance of a cranked shaft of the piston engine.

The method of calculation of flow and pressure pulsations on the orifice plat e flowmeter’s input is presented. As an input data, pressure signals at the two points within flowmeter’s gas circuit are used. Obtained expressions are recommended for use in the digital correction of complementary error because of gas pressure pulsations.

In the report criteria and demands to transfer of objects to reconstruction are observed. Thus it is necessary to apply the system approach in view of technological interconnection of objects. Analyzed problem of hardness increasing in the welds of steel 08Al of the tailored welded blanks (TWB). Given the description of the steel 08Al, TWB sampling by laser and WIG welding, mechanical tests and metallographic analysis, definition of thermal cycle of metal in molten pool. Revealed the hardness increasing result from reversion of the steel structure and bainite phase initiations.

Calculation method of limiting plastic strains in the angular concentrator zone
Abstract
The approach to determination of plastic strains near tip of angular notch is considered by the example of problems of the uniaxi al a stretching of cylindrical and flat samples with angular notches. At calculation we propose, that the sample body is compound: the material is elastic-plastic as a whole, but we propose that the material is rigid-plastic in small area near critical point (the tip of the notch). This assumption allows realizing the numerical-analytical approach to determination of strain fields.
Realization of structural and object-orintes ways of designing of GTE
Abstract
Features of the structural and object-oriented approaches applied at designing of complex systems, such as aviation GTE are considered. On an example of educational process of GTE designing, comparison of the considered approaches is executed. When realization of design process is conducted with use of an engineering data management system, the advantage of object-oriented decomposition is shown.
Designing of aircraft GTE in PDM environment
Abstract
The problem of organizing a teamwork of experts, participating in the process of designing of an aircraft GTE is considered. The basic stages of an aviation GTE life cycle are resulted, components of a design stage and an modern PDM-systems' capabilities, allowing to raise general efficiency of process of designing are in detail analysed. It is shown, that designing of GTE in the PDM-system environment allows to reduce terms of design and technological preparation and execution of the project as a whole.

On the basis of the determined regularities of turbine engines key parameters evolution, change of their construction-force schemes and applications the participation schemes of the native development and manufacturing factories of aviation turbine engines are offered in three actual engines making programs: for a naval aviation, for passenger and transport trunk-route aeroplanes and low-sized.
