Abstract
The system is designed for the residual tensions determination in the superficial stratum of segments by means of mechanical method. Distinguishing singularities of this system are foundry body of apparatus and console scheme of fixing the segments. Invented methods enable the capability of the residual tensions determination in the segments of thin, round, random, variable and involute forms of cross sections.
