Abstract
Analyzed problem of hardness increasing in the welds of steel 08Al of the tailored welded blanks (TWB). Given the description of the steel 08Al, TWB sampling by laser and WIG welding, mechanical tests and metallographic analysis, definition of thermal cycle of metal in molten pool. Revealed the hardness increasing result from reversion of the steel structure and bainite phase initiations.
