Abstract

In the report criteria and demands to transfer of objects to reconstruction are observed. Thus it is necessary to apply the system approach in view of technological interconnection of objects. The basic criteria of the system approach at the question solution of objects transfer to reconstruction are technological and economic criteria. Reconstruction should be executed in interconnection with objects of gas production and underground storage of gas.
