Multipurpose model of organizational reengineering
Abstract
The author presents a model of reengineering of the functional structure as the most important component of a firm. The article considers individual stages of the model which include both conceptual and technological aspects of the firm reorganization. Material concerning the use of the author’s model for reengineering of the structures of firmtype economic systems are presented. The main advantages of the model discussed as compared to the existing methods are described.

Abstract
The task of coordinated management of a technological complex with sequentially connected units is formulated. Coordination conditions are defined analytically. These conditions make it possible to balance the criterion function of the final unit with the criterion functions of all preceding units and on this basis to increase the efficiency of technological complex functioning.
Modeling the mechanism of managing the quality of services offered by service sphere enterprises
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the topical problem of raising the quality of services offered by service sphere enterprises. Mathematical models of the enterprise and customer behavior concerning the level of services have been developed. The models describe the interaction of all those involved in the process of producing and rendering services. Special attention is paid to the opportunity coordinating the economic interests of enterprise and consumer when the producer takes measures to raise the quality of services.
Conception of creating staff educational potential as element of innovation business strategy
Abstract
Peculiarities of innovation business strategy as applied to the educational sphere are analyzed. The main principles of efficient investment into professional training and upgrading personnel skills are established. The requirements for the content and quality of education as viewed by all participants of the educational process are defined. Abstract
An econometric approach based on readings auto regression is proposed. In accordance with the approach the parameters of an economic system are specified and/or the validity of particular assumptions for expanded reproduction is estimated. Methods of identification make it possible to classify four models and to obtain unbiased, efficient and valid estimates of model parameters using limited sampling.
Problem-situational games in innovative activity of a firm
Abstract
The paper discusses one of the types of intensive teaching technologies, problem-situational games. The aims and tasks, the scenario, the participants, the technologies and the main kinds of results of problem-situational game simulation are presented. An example of the game used in simulating innovative activity of a firm is given.
