Multipurpose model of organizational reengineering

1 1.

Abstract

The author presents a model of reengineering of the functional structure as the most important component of a firm. The article considers individual stages of the model which include both conceptual and technological aspects of the firm reorganization. Material concerning the use of the author’s model for reengineering of the structures of firmtype economic systems are presented. The main advantages of the model discussed as compared to the existing methods are described.

Coordinated management of a technological complex with sequentially connected units

1 1., 1 1., 1 1., 1 1.

Abstract

The task of coordinated management of a technological complex with sequentially connected units is formulated. Coordination conditions are defined analytically. These conditions make it possible to balance the criterion function of the final unit with the criterion functions of all preceding units and on this basis to increase the efficiency of technological complex functioning.

Modeling the mechanism of managing the quality of services offered by service sphere enterprises

1 1., 1 1.

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the topical problem of raising the quality of services offered by service sphere enterprises. Mathematical models of the enterprise and customer behavior concerning the level of services have been developed. The models describe the interaction of all those involved in the process of producing and rendering services. Special attention is paid to the opportunity coordinating the economic interests of enterprise and consumer when the producer takes measures to raise the quality of services.

Enterprise strategic management system

.

Abstract

The problem of forming and introducing strategic management into the system of running business is discussed. The proposed system of strategic management is special in that the aim of an enterprise is divided into the aim as the result and the aim as the desired state of the system. This makes it possible to single out the subsystems of strategic management: strategic planning and complex strategy. The structure-forming element of the strategic management system is complex strategy. The proposed strategic management system will make it possible to coordinate the prospects of enterprise balanced development, to solve strategic management tasks and to eliminate the negative effect of environmental changes.

Managing the «price-quality» system of paid educational services in higher education

., .

Abstract

The paper deals with the system of calculating parameters of the price of paid educational services taking into consideration their quality and demand for them. We propose to consider the task of managing the quality of higher educational service as the task of finding the optimal relationship between the price components and, therefore, of finding the optimal way of affecting the quality of an educational service.

Econometric simulation of expanded reproduction on the basis of autoregression

1 1.

Abstract

An econometric approach based on readings auto regression is proposed. In accordance with the approach the parameters of an economic system are specified and/or the validity of particular assumptions for expanded reproduction is estimated. Methods of identification make it possible to classify four models and to obtain unbiased, efficient and valid estimates of model parameters using limited sampling.
