This article views the phenomenon of money as a means of formation of social distance. Provides additional features that are acquired with money in today’s consumer society. On the basis of the socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of money has been found that the money can not only show the social distance, but to create it, transforming society, changing the perception of a man who begins to treat themselves and others from the perspective of investment and consumption.

In the article the idea that in modern culture there are two ways of memorization of meanings of the past - tradition and heritage is expressed. The comparative analysis of categories allowed to reveal specifics of their contents and value for «hyper archive» of culture.

 In the article the stages of development of excursion activity with foreign tourists in Kuibyshev region during 1960-1980 are defined. The peculiarities of activity of the agency arrangement, further the branch of VAO «Intourist» on its territory, and also ideological aspects of work with the mentioned category of excursionists are discovered in the article.

In this article the process of identification and the description of implicatures as one of the means of expression of implicit elements of the text is considered. The text analysis is presented by its research not as immanent structure, but as a process - a mobile structure, formation of new sense. It is emphasized that background knowledge of the recipient is necessary for decoding of implicatures, and also ability to associative thinking is also necessary. It is specified that understanding and, as a whole, decoding of an artistic discourse is determined by the explicit nature of the text, as external cover of realization of a discourse.

In the article the peculiarities of morphological formation of compared languages (English/Russian) as a factor contributing to character of dynamic processes in the sphere of productive wordformation. In the process of contrastive study of translation equivalents of English nominal complexes, phrasal verbs, and derivatives, a conclusion about different status of Russian and English derivatives in terms of functional typology is made. It is stated that the analytical structure of English language makes up for the development of potential word-formation, while in Russian language there are essential morphological and phonotactical restrictions. The diversion of potential and occasional derivatives in connection with the analysis of interlingual lexical correspondences in parallel text fragments is noted.

The paper focuses on peculiarities of the process of production of sense in modern German poetic discourse from the point of view of two main discourse functions - poetic and metalinguistic - and of mobile unlimited semiosis. Particular attention in the article is paid to the linguistic and discourse means of formation of semantic vagueness in poetic discourse.

The concepts of negative emotions («fear» - «terror») are studied in the article from a cognitive perspective. The characteristics of standard situations in which emotions appear are taken into consideration, and a scenario of a particular emotional state is created on this basis. Further by method of component analysis and also by method of definition analysis, the semantics of words which designate linguistic and cultural concepts, and concrete examples of linguistic usage of these words are given.

This article is devoted to the functional-synergetic analysis of the role of intertextual elements in the evolution of English business discourse pragma-semantic system.

 In the article the ideas of hristian anthropology, which are the basis of conception of F.M. Dostoevsky’s novel «The Brothers Karamazov», are expressed. The motive of «ordeals» that Dmitriy Karamazov goes through during the preliminary investigation is investigated. The motive is used to express the main idea of the novel - possibility of person’s spiritual renovation, regardless of his depravity, even in conditions of moral decline of society. Though the character is pleaded guilty by «publicans» - vicious judges, from the stand-point of orthodox humanism, from this very moment his spiritual renovation begins.

The article describes the main types of pass-through image of the hero-mentor for the works of T. Mann and G. Hesse. Besides the independent importance of research of this image for the perception of German literature of the ХХ century, the close correlation with the way the main character works as a spokesman for the spiritual atmosphere of the time is obvious.

In the article the possible solutions to the problem of subjective evidence of conscious experiences are discussed. It is shown that it is necessary for cognitive theory of mind to answer the question: «Why do we need awareness, though many, if not all mental operations can be performed efficiently in the «absolute darkness» of unconscious mental activity?» The answer to this question is closely connected with discussion of place of consciousness in physical reality. The article is dedicated to the interaction of civil law and civil legislature as systems. The author tries to prove that there are several aspects of interaction of law and legislature: not only as the interaction of form and content but also as independent law phenomena. The author concludes that both civil law and civil legislature are polymeric systems.

In the article the law enforcement of Chapter 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code is described. For preparing this report, the author have studied the 200 material of criminal cases (where accused were juvenile), was considered in the courts of Samara region. The paper also argues for usage restorative technologies in juvenile justice.
