Abstract
The article is dedicated to the interaction of civil law and civil legislature as systems. The author tries to prove that there are several aspects of interaction of law and legislature: not only as the interaction of form and content but also as independent law phenomena. The author concludes that both civil law and civil legislature are polymeric systems.
