Abstract

In the article the problem of professional development of staff of law-enforcement sphere is viewed; the necessity of assessment of the quality of education in accordance with the level of formation of professional tolerance of member-staff of law-enforcement sphere is substantiated; the structure of the system of professional development of staff of law-enforcement sphere that ensures their readiness to the tolerant professional behavior is presented.
