Abstract
The article discusses the features of criminal proceedings in respect of the deceased suspect (accused), the draft of the Federal Law «On Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (specify the procedure of the criminal proceedings in the event of the death of the accused, the suspect, which was due to criminal liability)» is analyzed.
