Abstract
In the article forms and ways of representation of the category of artistic space in Krzhizhanovskii’s prose on different levels: physical, linguistic and spiritual are analyzed. The process of overcoming of every level by the character demonstrates his personality. The ones who failed become slaves of the so called «Crack Kingdom», i.e. nonexistence which invaded the earth.
