MANAGEMENT BY BUSINESS-PROCESSES OF AN ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Theoretical aspects of management by the business processes of an enterprise were considered in the article. Characteristics of quality of business processes are analyzed. The sequence of implementation of performance management as a primary tool to increase profit of an enterprise was analyzed. The main qualitative/quantitative indicators for assessing the effectiveness of enterprise business processes were highlighted, as well as its assessment methods was proposed in the article.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Abstract
In this paper, corporate social responsibility is seen from the perspective of business management. It is shown that business management as marketing-oriented management, intelligently focused on the creation of a consumer, by definition, includes elements of corporate social responsibility, contributing to the formation of social harmony in their business space. Moreover, in this context, corporate social responsibility on the one hand should be seen as a necessary condition for the formation of social market economy or capitalism with a human face, and the other – as a manifestation of patriotism in market relations.

CONSIDERATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL INTEGRITY FROM POSITIONS OF SYSTEM APPROACH
Abstract
The article is devoted to the methodology of review of integrity of organizational objects. At that it is proposed to use scientific methodology of a systematic approach that links the qualitative features of the system and the level of its integrity. In turn, this level of integrity regarding organizations depends on the degree of shareability of its objectives by the members of organizations and the nature of their interactions. This approach allows more reasonably to allocate areas of research and design of organizations as systems.

INSTRUMENT OF INTERBUDGETARY TRANSFERS IN THE SYSTEM OF REGIONAL MANAGEMENT: STRATEGIC POSSIBILITIES IN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC INSTABILITY
Abstract
In this article authors disclose the essence of subfederal transfer mechanism as a managerial tool of maintaining strategic stability of regional development. The authors identified the main shortcomings of distribution of interbudgetary transfers among municipalities of the Samara Region, which indicate about the absence of positive connection between the transfer policy and strategic development of the Region. The authors proposed the concept of binary model of management by social and economic development of the Region, the implementation of which is possible in conditions of economic stability as well as turbulence of regional economy.

Abstract
Export diversification strategy in Russia should be focused on improving the conditions for the emergence of high-performance and innovative companies. This article describes the central elements of the policy of diversification as the main way to exit businesses to the international markets, in order to increase the trade potential of the country. Russia was integrated into the world economy, mainly due to the export of raw materials, so the search options to diversify the economy of the Russian Federation in order to reduce dependence on natural resources and the study of the experience of other countries exemption from the “resource curse” is the purpose of this article.

CURRENCY CONVERSION AS A MEANS OF RECEIPT OF PROFITS
Abstract
This article describes the means to profit by converting the currency of one country in the currencies of other countries. In the process of conversion a proper understanding of direct and inverse quotations, as well as cross–rate is necessary. To characterize profits we apply the term “arbitration” that means buying in order to sell at a higher price. Income from currency conversion is obtained by as tripartite arbitrageurs in the currency markets, and ordinary depositors of banks, for whom banks and financial institutions offer specialized multi-currency deposits.

THEORETICAL BASES OF CREATION CLUSTER IN THE REGION
Abstract
In the article the author studied basic theoretical foundations for the creation of the cluster. The basic elements, included in the cluster are identified, as well as signs by which one can identify a set of geographically concentrated companies as a cluster are specified. Based on the theory, author has developed a scheme of construction cluster in the Samara Region, which highlighted the main elements of the cluster, and also presented the list of specific organizations that can constitute the basis of the cluster in the Region.

The article deals with the problem of democracy in the United States of America in the XIX Сentury. This problem was connected with A. de Tocqueville and his famous monograph “Democracy in America”, published during the presidency of Andrew Jackson in the year of 1835. DYNAMIC MULTIFACTOR MODEL OF MODERNIZATION OF PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE
Abstract
In the published article the mathematical model of dynamics of multifactor economic development of the company formed by two industries, according to which as a result of modernization of production factors, the new production displaces the old. The balance equations of such two-component system are described by coupled nonlinear differential equations. It is shown that the maximum efficiency of such an enterprise is shown in incomplete expulsion of the old production.
