Abstract
The article explains the concept and the criteria for assessing the involvement of workers of small enterprises. Methodical approach to the assessment of labour productivity and involvement of workers of small businesses is presented. Groups of employees according to the level of involvement are identified. An algorithm is developed to improve the efficiency of employees of small enterprises on the basis of management by involvement.
