Abstract
This article presents the main directions of increasing efficiency of functioning of an industrial complex of Russia, taking into account informatization. Factors increasing efficiency of functioning, issues of formation and development of informatization in the industrial sector in Russia, methods and principles of its organization and construction are considered in the article. The basic problems of informatization in this area are investigated. Further directions of development of the country’s industry are given.
