The paper deals with the problem of managing a single-level system with transferable utility which is solved by constructing an incentive mechanism with obvious payments, realizing an optimal strategy of the whole system.

The paper considers the problem of developing the strategy of managing amortization fund as an element of corporation’s fixed capital. Peculiarities of amortization fund forming for various means of amortization are analyzed. Practical recommendations on choosing an optimal amortization strategy are worked out.

A multidimensional regressional method of currency exchange rate prediction is proposed. Trusty ranges of model parameters and the probability of correct exchange rate sign forecast for the next day are estimated.

The paper deals with the issues of managing the activity of medical institutions in today’s economical conditions in Russia and insufficiency of their financing. The problem is investigated on the basis of using system engineering, namely the construction of a tree of goals. Special attention is given to the system of material incentives as the main instrument for establishing objectives of organizational elements’ activity.
Model of intercorporate regional economic indicators matching in interregional relationships
Abstract
A mathematical model of matching regional economic indicators in interregional relations is constructed. Prerequisites for vertical and horizontal matching of regions’ interests are formulated. A procedure for designing (synthesis) the mechanism of matching economic indicators of the regions’ states is developed. The procedure has been tested when solving problems of planning economic indicators of Samara Region (Russian Federation) and Khanan province (Chinese Republic).

Abstract
The paper deals with content and methodological issues of using up-to-date communication technologies in managing the promotion of educational services and products (ESP). Instrumental methods are interpreted as means of investigating or solving tasks of eneral economy, management and marketing. Such tasks rely on a system of certain technical facilities and technological decisions. The paper analyses internet and mobile telephone communications as instrumental means of managing marketing communications. The main problems arising in the process of implementing instrumental means in ESP promotion practice are considered.

Abstract
Methods of stimulating actual statistical data with the help of logistic models are proposed. They are based on autoregressions of dynamic sets of economic dynamics indices with regard to exogenous influences which occur in practice. The methods use small samples and do not assume a priori knowledge about the processes being analysed.
