Pressure pulsation dampener for air controller
Abstract
The article deal with pressure pulsation dampener (PPD) which reduce noise emitted by the valve. The results of numerical simulation and experimental study of the PPD. As a result of the work and tests, the efficiency of the pressure pulsation dampener was 10,6 dBA.
Problems fatigue (HCF) of constructional materials and detals GTE
Abstract
At formation of preparations of details of the difficult form, different zones of preparations essentially differ on degree of deformation of a material (for example, a nave, a cloth and a disk rim), that is reflected and in properties CHF. Check of properties of a material realised in a detail is spent for the most critical zones of a detail where are shown influence consequences on a detail of operations of the raised risk and the maximum operational loadings operate.
Methods of increase of wear resistance and vibroakusticheskikh of parameters of knots of the friction of space equipment
Abstract
The ways providing simultaneous increase of wear resistance, decrease in noise level and the vibration generated in knots of a friction are considered. The offered technologies are connected with formation containing fluorine the microdimensional films raising wear resistance, contact weariness and durability of connection of a lubricant layer with friction surfaces; the microreinforcing of superficial defects which is slowing down development of fatigue damages; the effect of multigreasing raising loading characteristics of a lubricant layer and its absorbing ability.
About some directions in development avation engine buildings
Abstract
Analysis of the acoustic characteristics of the engines with open rotor and turbofan engines shown what in engine noise with open rotor in addition to traditional component of the noise added tonal noise peaks at combination frequencies in low frequency part spectra. All of this creates many difficulties in the reduction the noise of aircrafts with this engines on the ground. Problem of choise engines for future aviation discussed.
Optimization methods pilotage aircraft in take-off and approach cycle for decrease square his sound track
Abstract
The evaluation of the noise exposed area during the landing and take-off cycle is performed. The calculations based on two different methods provide satisfactory results and show the decrease in the noise exposed area with the implementation of the alternative piloting techniques for approach operations. In some take-off cases application of the alternative piloting techniques does not result in decrease of the noise exposed area.

Abstract
In this report the speed functions of one-dimensional moving waves were investigated. Using this variables one can get one universal solution for the problem of finding the speed of the gas after the mooving wave. Also we have got a universal solution for of reflection of one-dimensional moving shock waves. Rarefaction and compression Riemann waves from a solid wall.

Circumferential variation of the flow in final stage rotor wheel, caused by the support racks at the exit of the IPC, is evaluated by means of intermediate pressure of compressor of workflow 3D model. Optimization of casing on mass with ensuring requirements for deduction of the ragged blade

To automate the search for optimal weight and meet requirements for containment ability of case was established software package based on the program LS-DYNA with the IOSO, which allows by changing the geometry of the receiving case, satisfying for containment ability and low mass.
Linear mathematical model for the determination of rational treatment conditions on the diamond smoothing operations in the manufacture of aircraft parts
Abstract
The mathematical model is submitted for definition of rational conditions of processing at the diamond smoothing, consisting of linear objective function and linear restrictions – inequalities. As objective function the equation determining machine time of processing is used, and as restrictions – inequalities, the restrictions connected in functional parameters and parameters, determining quality of processing.
Investigation of fluid flow in the gap between eccentric cylindrical and conical surfaces
Abstract
Performed a computer experiment for the flow of an incompressible viscous fluid under a constant pressure drop in an annular channel formed by the cylindrical and conical surfaces between the axes of which there is eccentricity. Based on the results established certain regularities and characteristics of the turbulent flow, and obtained an engineering formula to calculate the coefficient of hydraulic resistance.
Robust research of the fuzzy logic controllers using a fuel flow control loop of the gas-turbine engine as an example
Abstract
The article issues of application fuzzy logic controllers for the automatic control electronic systems gas-turbine engine is research. A comparative analysis of transient performances a fuel flow control loop with fuzzy logic P controller and line PID controller for the deterministic line system, system contenting dead zone and deflections of parameters invariable part of system comparative them nominal value has been made. As a result of the comparison the best controller has been chosen. Conclusion about of appropriateness using fuzzy logic controllers for the automatic control systems gas-turbine engine has been made.

The surface films element structure after ECDM of the alloy ЖС6У was investigated by an X-ray method. It is established that film properties at electrochemical dimensional machining of a heat resisting alloy ЖС6У in various electrolytes are defined generally by nickel and cobalt component, as their influence in a film is solving.

The results of research in the sphere of enhancement of efficiency and reliability of the eddy current testing and determination of the minimal size of the revealed fatigue cracks are presented here. Interaction of exhaust jets of rocker propulsions on various propellants with atmosphere for estimation of ecological safety of firing of rockets and launchers
Abstract
The method of calculation of interaction of exhaust jets of RP on various propellants with atmosphere for estimation of ecological safety of firing of rockets and launchers is developed. The model considers non-equilibrium physical and chemical processes, including reactions with ozone, nitrogen-containing and chlorine-containing components, wave processes, process of turbulent mixing, interaction between particles of the condensed phase and gas. The method of calculation is approved on example of influence on ozone cloud of jets atmosphere of SRM LV «Space Shuttle» and LV «Titan» and LRE LV "Proton" (fuel NTO-UDMH) and LV "Angara" (fuel kerosene-oxygen).

The aircraft centered environmental model for calculation of the pollutant emission and noise impact is considered. The methods applied allow evaluating the environmental parameters for modern aircraft types as well as for those being under development. Development liquid roket engine on component fuel liquefied natural gas and oxygen for reusable space launching systems
Abstract
Some problems to create a liquid rocket engine reusability of oxygen in fuel - liquefied natural gas, which uses the shaft turbopump unit two turbines, one of which runs on gas with an excess of oxygen, and the second - on the gasified fuel in the cooling path. Made an experimental model, conducted fire tests and obtained its main characteristics.
Improving the processing accuracy of spherical ends of bearing tapered rollers
Abstract
The error in sphere forming of tapered rollers end in continuous grinding periphery of the circle, filled to the radius, was examined. The analysis of all existing grinding ways by this method was made. The results of researches related to improve the tapered rollers ends sphere accuracy with the corrected radius of processing and device for grinding of spherical ends of tapered rollers.

The results of nondestructive testing of blades of axial compressor of aviation engine of gas-pumping unit are represented. The experimental investigations were based on ultrasonic pulse-echo method. The opportunities of the nondestructive acoustical method for the studying of the steel structure during the exploitation of blades are demonstrated.

The automated control system of form of nonrigid shafts in lathing

The system of automatic control of nonrigid shafts form in longitudinal section in lathing offered in the article. The system is intended for compensation workpiece's deformation in lathing and compensation shifting motions of a head stock and a poppet by reason of limited rigidity, and also low-frequency uncontrollable perturbation actions in instability of rigidity of a head stock and a poppet, basing of a workpiece, wear of a cutting tool by correction of position of a cutting tool in Y-dimension.
The analysis of real thermodynamic cycle of bypass engine with mixing
Abstract
Some theoretical questions and thermodynamic cycle of bypass engines with mixing are analyzed in the article. The formula for optimum cycle parameters providing the maximum efficiency are derived and some comments are presented. The computer investigation with the new formula using is performed. The main results of computer investigation are analyzed and presented.
Improvement of efficienсy of the automated control system of nonrigid shafts surface contour in lathing
Abstract
The problem of the automated control system of nonrigid shafts surface contour in lathing efficiency improvement is disclosed in the paper. It is shown, that random component of working error of white noise type can be the result of the influence of cutting force change correlated random process. The synthesis of the multidimensional system of cutting force stabilization and cutting tool position along the transverse axis control under the relatedness of these parameters through the control object is produced, and its efficiency is shown with a computer simulation.
To the question of cooling power components of radio-electronic equipment by impinging freon jets
Abstract
In this article the short review of the problem of cooling high-power electronic components by impinging jets at various initial conditions is presented. Experiments of researching the heat emission for boiling R-134a on microribbed and microroughed surfaces at the conditions of stationary heating are made. Graphics of dependences of density of the heat flux on distance between the channel and the effective surface are presented. Influence of the form of the channel on the temperature profile is positioned.
Numerical modeling on dynamic process of injection in supersonic part of the nozzle
Abstract
The object of the study is the dynamic process of the impulsed jet injection into a supersonic flow in relation to the creation of control efforts. Basing on data from field experiment the study validates turbulence models and grid convergence.
Theoretical basis of forming forging impellers of blade machines in multichannel stamps
Abstract
It is proposed the classifier of solid stamped impellers used in gas and hydraulic impeller machines produced by hoy (semi-hot) stamping, which were produced in aviation industry. Article recounts information about research and development of schemes and structures of the multisectional stamps, non-dismountable (tyre supported) and dismountable wheels after forming. Extruding insertions are being pulled from interblade channels. It is considered the principle of constructing theoretical cylindrical lattices of channels for multi-split stamps, due to which it is possible to calculate the forces of disclosure in stamps’ channels and rotational forces of the compound matrixes during extrusion.
Authenticity of the vibration tests. Diagnosis and prediction of fatigue failure
Abstract
The issues compiling numerical computational model on the method of finite volumes are discussed in this paper. This model is used to measure axial acting on the rotor of auger-centrifugal stage of combined fuel pump. Model verified by comparing the calculated and experimental characteristics of the discharge. The paper discusses the impact of some design parameters auger-centrifugal stage on the value of the axial force.
Test verification of flow stabilizer calculated parameters provided flow stabilization of propellant in wide range of input parameters
