The article deal with pressure pulsation dampener (PPD) which reduce noise emitted by the valve. The results of numerical simulation and experimental study of the PPD. As a result of the work and tests, the efficiency of the pressure pulsation dampener was 10,6 dBA.

Abstract

The ways providing simultaneous increase of wear resistance, decrease in noise level and the vibration generated in knots of a friction are considered. The offered technologies are connected with formation containing fluorine the microdimensional films raising wear resistance, contact weariness and durability of connection of a lubricant layer with friction surfaces; the microreinforcing of superficial defects which is slowing down development of fatigue damages; the effect of multigreasing raising loading characteristics of a lubricant layer and its absorbing ability.

Abstract

Analysis of the acoustic characteristics of the engines with open rotor and turbofan engines shown what in engine noise with open rotor in addition to traditional component of the noise added tonal noise peaks at combination frequencies in low frequency part spectra. All of this creates many difficulties in the reduction the noise of aircrafts with this engines on the ground. Problem of choise engines for future aviation discussed.

The evaluation of the noise exposed area during the landing and take-off cycle is performed. The calculations based on two different methods provide satisfactory results and show the decrease in the noise exposed area with the implementation of the alternative piloting techniques for approach operations. In some take-off cases application of the alternative piloting techniques does not result in decrease of the noise exposed area.

The article issues of application fuzzy logic controllers for the automatic control electronic systems gas-turbine engine is research. A comparative analysis of transient performances a fuel flow control loop with fuzzy logic P controller and line PID controller for the deterministic line system, system contenting dead zone and deflections of parameters invariable part of system comparative them nominal value has been made. As a result of the comparison the best controller has been chosen. Conclusion about of appropriateness using fuzzy logic controllers for the automatic control systems gas-turbine engine has been made.

The method of calculation of interaction of exhaust jets of RP on various propellants with atmosphere for estimation of ecological safety of firing of rockets and launchers is developed. The model considers non-equilibrium physical and chemical processes, including reactions with ozone, nitrogen-containing and chlorine-containing components, wave processes, process of turbulent mixing, interaction between particles of the condensed phase and gas. The method of calculation is approved on example of influence on ozone cloud of jets atmosphere of SRM LV «Space Shuttle» and LV «Titan» and LRE LV "Proton" (fuel NTO-UDMH) and LV "Angara" (fuel kerosene-oxygen).

The problem of the automated control system of nonrigid shafts surface contour in lathing efficiency improvement is disclosed in the paper. It is shown, that random component of working error of white noise type can be the result of the influence of cutting force change correlated random process. The synthesis of the multidimensional system of cutting force stabilization and cutting tool position along the transverse axis control under the relatedness of these parameters through the control object is produced, and its efficiency is shown with a computer simulation.

Experiments of researching the heat emission for boiling R-134a on microribbed and microroughed surfaces at the conditions of stationary heating are made. Influence of the form of the channel on the temperature profile is positioned.

The object of the study is the dynamic process of the impulsed jet injection into a supersonic flow in relation to the creation of control efforts. Basing on data from field experiment the study validates turbulence models and grid convergence.

Theoretical basis of forming forging impellers of blade machines in multichannel stamps

Abstract

It is proposed the classifier of solid stamped impellers used in gas and hydraulic impeller machines produced by hoy (semi-hot) stamping, which were produced in aviation industry. Article recounts information about research and development of schemes and structures of the multisectional stamps, non-dismountable (tyre supported) and dismountable wheels after forming. Extruding insertions are being pulled from interblade channels. It is considered the principle of constructing theoretical cylindrical lattices of channels for multi-split stamps, due to which it is possible to calculate the forces of disclosure in stamps’ channels and rotational forces of the compound matrixes during extrusion.

Abstract

The issues compiling numerical computational model on the method of finite volumes are discussed in this paper. This model is used to measure axial acting on the rotor of auger-centrifugal stage of combined fuel pump. Model verified by comparing the calculated and experimental characteristics of the discharge. The paper discusses the impact of some design parameters auger-centrifugal stage on the value of the axial force.
