In the article the civilizational foundations of glamour as social phenomenon are analyzed; it is emphasized that main cultural matrixes of an anthropogenic civilization of relation to the nature and activity of personality created the understanding of glamour, as the next project of modern civilization.

 In the article the author traces back the history of formulating the correspondence principle. Initially suggested by N. Bohr, this scientific principle was the object of cognition for many philosophers and physicists. Thorough research enabled them to conclude that the correspondence principle only states the fact of successive interaction without showing its true content.

The main types of reasonability in the context of the history of science are viewed. The process of objectification of the concept of reasonability is explicated. The characteristic features of modeling of reasonable processes in biology and cybernetics are given. The determinational bases of application of typological models of rational behavior of the systems are revealed. The specifics of program and planning determination as methodological constructs of organization of target-oriented activities is specified.

Copernicus revolution is interpreted in the article as exhaustion of medieval cultural tradition. Thus the necessity of revision of a position of spaces of death - paradise and hell - in the Universe structure becomes a direct push to the destruction of medieval world view.

 In the article the reflection of the author about the differences in the measure of subjectivity of the researcher in three basic parameters of empirical knowledge in sociology which are classical, qualitative and activist is presented; the subjectivity which is declared, methodologically given, and real, which exists in «live» empirical study. The temptation to see chronologically determined movement of subjectivity of the researcher from its full exclusion up to its full inclusion in the process of sociological research is analyzed; the inability to use the idea of the «progress of learning» for such angle of vision is proved.

This paper discusses the history of build-up of oil-production and creation on the territory of Kuybyshev region of a new branch of industry - oil-producing - in the period of the Great Patriotic War. The spectrum of problems associated with the evacuation of oil-producing and oil-refining enterprises is analyzed. The mainstreams of their peopleware are shown.

In the article the double nature of state and regional parliaments of Russia is analyzed. It is proved that they are not only legislative organs of state power, but representative organs of people as well. The causes of fall of the role of representative organs of power on the contemporary stage are analyzed. The representative function of parliament that consists in expressing and protecting the interests of people, civil society is revealed.

 In the article the disputable questions of realization of public origin in criminal court proceedings concerning the cases of private prosecution are viewed. It is argued that private interest for the defence of which the person adresses to the organs of public authority has already finished to be proper private interest and is defenced equally with the public interest.
