Abstract
In the article the features of organization of house space in N. Kolyada’s plays are considered. One of the key moments is that the house loses its archetype meaning. The hero doesn’t feel himself protected, while being at home and can’t create harmony around himself. Therefore the inner conflict which is experienced by the characters becomes stronger.
