Abstract
In the article it goes speech about the specific of reflection of historical realities in fiction, about the role of conjecture as an instrument helping writers to carry out the psychological reconstruction of the inner world of actual historical persons with the greater degree of authenticity. Basic creative strategies of writershistorians are examined in the article.
