Abstract
The article poses the problem of explication of existentialontological foundations of political life. Understanding of the existential rootedness of political will highlight the meaning and significance of it for a particular person. That is important not only in theory but also in a practical way. The key to finding the political life’s existential meaning is in the ontological difference between the political and policy, in the analysis of political situation as a situation of a person, the policy as a specific being-appreciatedexistence.
