Abstract
The article author's definition of business processes and structural organization of the business process. The author proposes to unify the analysis of the reengineering of business processes of enterprises generalized system of business processes and indicators to assess their effectiveness. Given aggregated indicators of the effectiveness of reengineering of business processes. The formed mathematical model for the quantitative assessment of the results of reengineering of business processes.

This article considers the economic and legal nature of the monetary maintenance of state civil servants. The structure of the monetary maintenance applied in Russia is revealed. The stimulating possibilities of the current wage system are analyzed. It is compared with the remuneration systems operating in the US, Germany and Japan. The possible directions of improving the system of payment for civil servants in Russia are determined.

ESSENCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept of "strategic management of an enterprise". Different views of scientists are analyzed and their own definition of this сategory is offered from the point of view of system, process and situational pproaches. The system of strategic management, which provides for the analysis of the state of all spheres of the enterprise's functioning, is investigated. It is stablished that the strategic management of the enterprise is a process of implementing the developed measures aimed at achieving effective economic development of this enterprise. Also, strategic management should be based on a constant analysis and understanding of the situation, the dynamics of its change. The structural and logical model of improving the strategic management of the enterprise is proposed and justified, which provides for the implementation of a set of logically-sequential stages of work aimed at ensuring an effective strategic development of the business entity.

SELECTION OF PERSONNEL: ORGANIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS
Abstract
The article presents the business process of personnel selection, its key importance
for the organization is revealed. The order of the steps of the business process is
illustrated in the developed operogram, indicating the current and responsible persons.
The complexity of each stage is determined. The selection of personnel is presented
as a function of the HR manager integrated in the single life cycle of the personnel
management system and the organization as a whole. The connection between
the quality of selection and such indicators as employee turnover, corporate cohesion
of employees and labor discipline is shown. Performance indicators of a recruiter (KPI)
are formulated. Criteria for the efficiency of the selection process are developed.
