Abstract
Both in the international and domestic energy complexes there is a lot of problematic aspects - from the drop in the cost of oil, the difficulties in the field of scientific and echnological progress in the fuel and energy complex, before the impact of political henomena on the area of international cooperation of energy enterprises. The article considers the impact of import substitution on the economy as the basis of the country's economic and energy security.
