The order of the steps of the business process is<br />illustrated in the developed operogram, indicating the current and responsible persons.<br />The complexity of each stage is determined. The selection of personnel is presented<br />as a function of the HR manager integrated in the single life cycle of the personnel<br />management system and the organization as a whole. The connection between<br />the quality of selection and such indicators as employee turnover, corporate cohesion<br />of employees and labor discipline is shown. Performance indicators of a recruiter (KPI)<br />are formulated.
