Abstract
The article highlights the main issues of innovation and innovation activities of organizations in terms of dynamic processes. The main approaches to the management
of innovations, to the organization of business processes of companies on the basis of dynamics are determined. Approaches to the evaluation of innovation management with the help of mathematical modeling are suggested.
