INFORMATION AND ECONOMICAL SECURITY
Some issues of technological information protection and information stability of complex systems
Abstract
Issues of technological protection of information and software of complex technical systems.
Methods and mechanisms of maintaining the efficiency of a complex system in case of failures are proposed. The technology of ensuring its efficiency is also proposed.
Certification centres as the infrastructure of modern information security and digital barriers
Abstract
Ways of overcoming existing barriers are proposed.
Assessment of economic security of large industrial regions in terms of their autonomy and independence
Abstract
The possibility of applying the proposed approach to solve the tasks of managing the economy of large industrial regions is shown.
Economic aspects of ensuring information security
Abstract
The order of choosing the acceptable risk level is described.
Conceptual issues of ensuring information and economics security
Abstract
Problems arising when processing systems of information and economics security are analysed, and ways of solving them are proposed.
Electoral campaign security concept
Abstract
Dynamics of economical, political and social factors of electoral campaign are analysed. The problem of ensuring security of elections within the framework of modern electoral process is dealt with.
The paper gives examples of influencing the public opinion in the course of the electoral process, for example, psychological influence, information and political manipulations are described.
Economic security in the system of russia’s national security
Abstract
The paper considers the economic aspects as the main constituents in the system of the country’s national security.
“Indicators” of economic security are analysed. Concepts and categories used to assess the security of society and state are described.
Mathematical and instrumental provision of economic security of business and industries
Abstract
The paper proposes mathematical and instrumental provision of economic security of social and economic systems by structural parametric identification and forecasting economic indicators on the basis of autoregression – moving average models.
Systemology of national security at the borderline of the centuries: state and prospects of development
Abstract
The problem of improving, developing and realization of national security is dealt with. New methodological approaches to providing national security are shown.
The definition of national security subject concept is given, which integrates the individual, the society and the state. External internal threats to the national security of Russia are discussed. A systemological approach to developing and solving problems of ensuring national security and their realization is described.
AIRCRAFT AND SPACE ROCKET ENGINEERING
The history of creating space facilities of Earth distant probing at the state research and production space-rocket centre “TSSKB-Progress”
Abstract
The paper presents a survey of space facilities of Earth distant probing produced at the State research–and–production space-rocket centre “TsSKB-Progress” in the 1970s – 1990s. technical characteristics of EDP space vehicles and the main directions of their modernisation are given. Ways of obtaining space information and the results of applying it in national economy are discussed. Prospects of development of EDP space facilities at “TsSKB-Progress” are specified.
Investigating regularities of parameter dispersion for two-shaft and three-shaft engines
Abstract
Determing thermal physics characteristic of cold accumulator nozzles of spacecraft airborne cryogenic cooling systems
Abstract
Mathematical heat exchange models of a cold accumulator nozzle and photoreceiver of spacecraft supervision equipment are developed. Basic calculation formulas are given. Issues connected with determining thermal characteristic of cold accumulators of spacecraft airborne cryogenic cooling system are discussed.

Evaluation of changes of gas parameters in a vessel when its wall is broken through by high-velocity mechanicak particles
Abstract
Simple methods of evaluating gas parameters in a vessel whose wall is broken through by high-velocity particles are suggested. It appears that in case of non-catastrophic destruction of the vessel wall the changing of the parameters of non-excited part of the gas during the time the particle, its fragments and fragments of the destroyed front wall of the vessel more to its back wall is negligible. Relationships for calculating pressure on the back vessel wall are given for four peculiar modes of vessel front wall destruction. The data can be used, in particular, to evaluate the vessel back wall destruction.
Mathematical model of system heating by a moving slayer in case of plazma slaying
Abstract
A procedure of calculating temperature distribution across the flat system coating-base has been developed. The procedure involves plasma spraying and takes account of plasmatron motion and coating build-up. It is shown that the temperature in the near-surface layer of the coating sprayed during plasmatron passage can considerably exceed the temperature magnitudes in the lower layers.
Reduction of internal aeroacoustic noise in a VAZ-1118 automobile salon
Abstract
The paper presents a complex of measures aimed at improving acoustic comfort and reducing noise level in the salon of VAZ-1118 “Kalina” automobile. Results of experimental assessment of the proposed complex of measures are given.
CYBERNETICS AND INFORMATION SCIENCE
Road traffic simulation in the intellectual transport system
Abstract
A simulation system for road traffic control is introduced. Algorithms of local and coordinated control are described. An average delay of a vehicle at a crossroad was chosen as the basic optimality criterion.
Theoretical issues of detecting defects in a parallel how of thecnological operations
Abstract
The paper proposes using a scheme-algorithmic approach to describing and detecting defects at the level of operation in order to organize control of correct functioning of technological systems. The expediency of using trigger functions as a unique tool for detecting defects in a parallel flow of operations on the basis of the results of parallel programming theory. Properties of the diagnostic model of reconfigured technological systems in the form of information and logical schemes processes are discussed.

Formation of factor – coordinated complete supply mechanism of interaction in the «customer-supplier» system
Abstract
The paper deals with the formation of a factor-coordinated mechanism of interaction between a customer and a supplier. Completing items supply is taken as an example. The author proposes to carry out coordinated interactions by changing contract prices of completing items so as to make a supplier interested in meeting the customer’s requirements accurately. Conditions characterizing the lower and the upper margins of changing contract prices are shown. The condition of economic expediency of realizing coordinated interaction is also introduced.
