Abstract
The problem of improving, developing and realization of national security is dealt with. New methodological approaches to providing national security are shown.
The definition of national security subject concept is given, which integrates the individual, the society and the state. External internal threats to the national security of Russia are discussed. A systemological approach to developing and solving problems of ensuring national security and their realization is described.
