The laser priming of high energy materials ignition
Abstract
By using relatively high laser power densities, it is possible to quickly heat this small portion of the explosive to the critical temperature. The application of lasers to initiate explosives is advantageous because it allows the researcher to closely control and measure how much energy is delivered to the explosive and the rate at which that energy is delivered. The researcher has some degree of control over how much of the explosive material is heated by the laser. This is accomplished primarily by varying the spot size produced by the laser, as control over the penetration depth of the laser light into the explosive is much more limited and difficult to measure.
Manufacture and technology of production of alloyed steel with microcrystal structure
Abstract
Production of billets by casting processes allows controlling the composition and the structure of the billets’ material at the expense of the modification of casting processes, temperature regimes, mechanical, magnetic, acoustic impacts on the flux and others. Metal’s characteristics depending on the inner structure and crystallization conditions of the flux have been investigated.
About the centre of science-educational of laser systems and technologies at faculty DLA SSAU
Abstract
Within the limits of the National project «Education» and innovative educational program in 2006 at the Samara state space university of a name of academician S.P. Korolev at faculty « Engines of flying devices » under direction of the academician of the Russian Academy of Science professor Shorin Vladimir Pavlovich have been created the Centre of science-educational of laser systems and technologies. The centre of science-educational is created on educational and pedagogical base of a speciality 200202 «Laser systems in rocket technics and astronautics» at faculty of automatic systems of power installations.
Dynamic tests of probes for measurement of pulsations pressure at the raised average pressure
Abstract
Dynamic tests of probes for measurement of pulsations of pressure in flowing part GTD with devices of correction of frequency characteristics are spent with a view of check of the developed mathematical models of processes and working off (operational development) of pre-production models of probes before them are direct application at various tests газотурбинных engines. For carrying out of dynamic tests with the purpose of experimental working off of probes for measurement of pulsations for conformity of their frequency characteristics settlement on faculty ASEU SGAU efforts of authors had been created the bench equipment and the измерительно registration complex, allowed to spend frequency tests at the raised{increased} average pressure. The created equipment has allowed to define{determine} experimentally frequency characteristics of probes at average pressure up to 25 kg/sm 2 to frequency of fluctuations of pressure up to 1000 Hz.
Laser vibrating method of gluing shells defects detecting
Abstract
This paper shows the advantages of Laser vibrating diagnostic method for ungluing joints detecting in sandwich large-sized shells. The defects presents is detected by extended reflected laser spot form. The error of the method is increased significantly with reducing of laser beam distanсe, shall external layer vibrating amplitude and CCD resolution.
Oxyhydrogen propulsion device base on water electrolysis and lrest on component H2 + O2 for control system SS
Abstract
Object of research is perspective oxygen-hydrogen propulsion device light load spacecraft on base electrolysis waters and LREST on components Н2g + О2g. The basic pneumatichydraulic scheme of propulsion device light load spacecraft is offered and comparison of variants of its execution on mass parametres is spent. The spatial electronic model of propulsion device light load spacecraft is developed.
Hydrodynamic rinsing of hydrofuel system’ unflowing units
Abstract
Present main result of research methods and techniques intensification rinsing of hydro-fuel units bodies and hydro-cylinders by oscillations’ flow. Rinsing Schematics with single- channel fluid generator and box of boundary conditions. The decreasing of rinsing duration 2-3fold and increasing of removed particles 1.5-2fold as compared with steady-state rinsing.
The determination of various factors influencing on change of the mounting fit and calculation procedure of the load distribution in the cylindrical roller bearings operated in tightness
Abstract
In present work the evaluation of various factors influencing on change of the mounting fit in high speed rolling bearing is presented. Prime factors are thermal effect and influence of centrifugal forces on the sizes of bearing races. The relation between volumetric and contact deformations of mating parts and bearing is considered. A calculation procedure of the load distribution in the cylindrical roller bearings of gas-turbine engines operated in tightness conditions.
Theoretical calculation approach of gas turbine engines compressor characteristic line
Abstract
Today most of gas turbine engines have a guide vane system in the compressor. Developing estimation approaches of its influence on compressor characteristic line is very important because it defines operation stability of compressor and whole gas turbine engine. Designing and experimental research of hybrid gas bearings for heavy multibasic rotor of gas turbine

There is an area of applications of turbomachines where use of gas-lubricated bearings is economically expedient at rather heavy rotors. It is a question of turbogenerators capacity of 500 - 2000 kw with high-frequency electrogenerators. In article results of designing and experimental researches of gas bearings of a turbogenerator by capacity of 1000 kw are presented.

Influence of earthquake parameters on tribological properties of friction pendulum bearings (seismo insulators)
Abstract
Frictional pendulum bearings (FPB) have the universal properties satisfying various requirements at operation of buildings, bridges and industrial constructions. The dynamic periods of oscillations from 1 up to 5 s, displacement up to 1,5 m, high bearing capacity and damping can be provided. Bearings can maintain vertical loading up to 13,5 thousand tons and have the minimal cost of a structure. In the paper the information on influence of earthquakes and other forces influenced on FPB characteristics, used as seysmo-insulators in oil platforms of the project "Sakhalin - 2" are represented.

In work is described created mathematical model of hydrodynamics of tpapped volume in the gear pump. Developed model allowed to choose a configuration of the discharge plates which provide decrease of pressure in trapped volume. The efficiency of this action was approved experimentally.

Development and investigation of electropump of increased service life with ball bearings
Abstract
The results of laboratory investigation and real operation are presented on a high-speed two-stage electropump (EP) of increased service life. In the EP developed design the bearing’s balls are pressed against the cage surface of the thrust bearing, the radial movement of the rotor is decreased by use of slot seals with anti-friction rings, the length of electric motor’s shaft overhang is reduced, the shaft rigidity is increased owing to position of the second stage’s impeller on a hub of the first stage’s impeller. The EP service life in real operational conditions exceeds 22900 hours.
Force interaction between cage and elements of high speed ball bearing and bearing assembly
Abstract
The analysis of cage force interaction with high-speed ball bearing units and bearing assembly was made. The working cage force system and initiation sources of the forces involved were presented, preselected ratios for determination of chosen forces required for stressed-deformed state and cage sizes evaluation were shown.

Results of this work are the analysis of geometry, experimental and design data for working blades of the compressor of engine NK-12, comparative fatigue tests. The methodology of design-experimental works on forecasting and check of reliability of blades with damages is offered specified concerning requirements of OST.
Investigation of processing performance on finish turning of high strength steel 30HGSN2A
Abstract
Investigation Results of finish turning of High Strength Steel 30HGSN2A by cutter with hard alloy plate Т30К4 are considered. It includes working accuracy, surface roughness and circular residual stresses. Ability of changing grinding to cutting for this material is observed.

The methodological problems of the study environment design for the many-level graphic and geometric training system are considered. Presented that work with electronic model is an effective means for forming of the design-technological thinking of the CAD/CAM programs users. The motion of the vehicle with Mass Injection Pre-Compressor Cooling turbojet engines as the first stage of an aircraft-space system during the “steep – climb” maneuver is discussed. The aim of the maneuver is to climb at the preset inclination angle of the trajectory in order to launch a rocket with small payload into the low-earth orbit.
