Analysis estimation of pulse jet engine operation in detonation mode

Abstract


The problem of deflagration-to-detonation transition in pulse jet engines is described in this work. The conditions of deflagration-to-detonation transition have been considered for hydrocarbon fuel. The disadvantages of technologies of predetonator and shock implosion are discussed.
