In the article the main directions of development of chemical industry in Russia, problems of its functioning are presented, the analysis of condition and development of chemical industry in the Samara region is considered.

This paper presents a simulation model for decision-making on management of inter-budgetary means, using as in parameters qualitative characteristics of income and expenses that are formally described by linguistic variables. A context-free grammar generating structured terms of linguistic variables considered as fuzzy sets that are used for the production of simulation experiments is built.

In this paper the contribution of economist Leon Walras in general economic equilibrium theory is analyzed.
