Abstract
In the article economic and mathematical model supporting the solution of a problem of strategic management with possibility of forecasting of indicators of profitability of chosen directions of development of an industrial enterprise on the basis of formal description of stochastic uncertainty of change of profit and expenses of capital, going on its formation is considered.
