Abstract
In the article the basic elements of the system of financial control organized by the interested user are considered, on the example of organization of state budgetary financial control the essence of each element is revealed, the consequences of negligence to separate elements for the system of financial control as a whole, and also for the financial results of activity of the interested user are illustrated.
