Abstract
In the work the methods of estimate of effectiveness of industrial enterprises of electrical engineering on the basis of capitalization of earnings are suggested. Capitalization defines the market-value of an enterprise. The approbation of the estimate on the enterprises of electrical engineering is carried out.
