VALUE-BASED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR NON-PUBLIC COMPANY IN LIFE CYCLE OF THE ORGANIZATION CONTEXT
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the main principles of annual financial statements for the close-end companies, constructed on the basis of «three coordinates» of value: liquidity, investment risk and economic profit in the context of a life cycle of the organization concept. We have viewed the new recommended forms of statements and the methods of calculation of the main indicators. The creation of new forms of estimation on the basis of value calculation is a principally new philosophy of management. It increases the level of requirements to the management quality and gives a company serious competitive advantage.

The article is devoted to the antimonopoly policy of state in the field of the government order. It discusses the major changes that have affected the system of public and municipal procurement in recent years, and the effect of adoption of the Law № 94-FZ is analyzed. On the basis of analysis the conclusions are drawn and the best way of development of the government order, according to the author, is suggested.

PREDICTION OF EFFECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF COSTS OF HETEROGENEOUS MANUFACTURE
Abstract
In the published paper we propose a mathematical model for calculating the effective characteristics of proportional costs of heterogeneous production. The averaging of local cost functions allows to determine the macroscopic proportional variable costs of heterogeneous production, to calculate their cost-effective performance and to describe the process of replacing old production of new production.

MODELS OF AN ESTIMATION OF FINANCIAL PARAMETERS IN VIEW OF THEIR STOCHASTICITY AND CHAOTIC CONDITION
Abstract
The method of an estimation of presence of chaotic component and nonlinear dependence for the temporal sequence of values of financial indicators are described in this article. The technique is based on the application of the algorithm of Grassberger-Prokachchia, in order to evaluate the dynamic component of BDS - statistics for testing the presence of nonlinear dependence between the components of time series. On the example of the RTS index over the past 11 years, the presence of chaotic component of order at least 11%, the lack of low-dimensional chaos, and the presence of nonlinear communication between the values of the index is defined.
