Abstract

In the article it is underlined that science-intensive technologies and mathematical methods at their application in the industrial complex involve the development of basic industries, modernization not only branches of national economy, regions, but also society as a whole. Major factors and the reasons of application of science intensive technologies and mathematical methods in the industry are considered.
