 In the article the main directions of economic providing which are focused on innovative development of industrial production are presented. Factors which can lead to the increase of efficiency of industrial production are considered. A number of actions solving problems in the field are given.

The article reviews the main factors that prevent or inhibit the introduction of cost approach in the management of closed-end Russian companies; cost approach being a significant innovation in that case. The peculiarities of Russian business environment and mentality of the key decision-makers are examined - the factors that should be considered when implementing such innovations to Russian companies.

All hope to revive Russian industry lies on young specialists, an advantage of whom is in their personal properties: vitality, active life attitude, enthusiasm. The influence of environment on the formation of active life attitude, on the intellect, the influence of family on choosing a profession and the emergence of interest in a specific area of knowledge, as well as educational moment and its influence on the formation of motivation to work a young specialist are viewed. All this is true nowadays so far as the problem of making better use of human resources in working with young people is urgent today and requires a new approach to solving problems.

The article is devoted to the antimonopoly policy of state in the field of the government order. It discusses the major changes that have affected the system of public and municipal procurement in recent years, and the effect of adoption of the Law № 94-FZ is analyzed. On the basis of analysis the conclusions are drawn and the best way of development of the government order, according to the author, is suggested.

In the published paper we propose a mathematical model for calculating the effective characteristics of proportional costs of heterogeneous production. The averaging of local cost functions allows to determine the macroscopic proportional variable costs of heterogeneous production, to calculate their cost-effective performance and to describe the process of replacing old production of new production.

In the article it is underlined that science-intensive technologies and mathematical methods at their application in the industrial complex involve the development of basic industries, modernization not only branches of national economy, regions, but also society as a whole. Major factors and the reasons of application of science intensive technologies and mathematical methods in the industry are considered.
