Abstract
The article is devoted to the antimonopoly policy of state in the field of the government order. It discusses the major changes that have affected the system of public and municipal procurement in recent years, and the effect of adoption of the Law № 94-FZ is analyzed. On the basis of analysis the conclusions are drawn and the best way of development of the government order, according to the author, is suggested.
