Correct numering of two-pole directed graphs
Abstract
In many problems of the system analysis a graph theory is widely used, which allows using the mathematical apparatus of analysis of binary matrices to obtain important information about the internal structure and properties of the simulated objects. In particular, algorithms for proper numbering directed graphs are used in problems of topological sorting acyclic graphs. The article deals with the universal topological sorting algorithm that allows for the correct numbering, including contour digraphs.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the distal arterial pulse signal processing method in the presence of motion artifact based on the multiresolution wavelet transform. The block diagram of the distal arterial pulse signal processing method composed of two stages of signal decomposition and signal reconstruction was proposed. The high efficiency of the proposed distal arterial pulse signal processing method based on discrete wavelet transform over using classical method based on the moving average filter was shown.

Diamond film based photonic crysal resonator
Abstract
Diamond with embedded color centers is a promising material for realization of quantum information storage mechanisms due to the possibility of creating quantum bits and auxiliary architectures (fibers) in the same plane. This paper presents a method of creating a photonic crystal cavity in the diamond membrane using focused ion beams. The luminescence spectrum of the resonator is shown.

Method to improve accuracy mass measurement fluid in the tank
Abstract
Considered two methods to improve the accuracy of measuring the mass of fluid in the tank based on the non-linear interpolation of the experimental calibration data. The first method is to find a transformation function mass and the total parameters of the fluid measured by monitoring with the help of the calibration model of the measurement process. The second method is based on the determination of an individual analytical dependence for the tank, connecting a lot of fluid, with its qualitative and quantitative parameters.
Measurement of hydrocarbon fuels quality factor precision increase
Abstract
The study suggests a new index to assess hydrocarbon fuels antiknock value. This is a complex antiknock index, which depends on fuels' electrophysical parameters. Actual index part characterizes fuel's antiknock value, virtual part stands for its fit (compliance with standards). The research analyses relationship between octane and cetane number, taking into consideration index suggested. The article presents a structure diagramofmeasurement device.

Theoretical basis of directed energy transmission pulses in stationary and moving media
Abstract
The work is described mathematically by an energy field created by emitting a pulse as it propagates in an inhomogeneous absorbing medium. We give a three-dimensional mathematical description of the algorithm and the propagation of pulse signals sent in inhomogeneous absorbing stationary and moving media. Determined by the pulse energy and the group velocity. Changing the amplitude and spectral composition of the pulse passing through the medium under investigation provides diagnostic information about the environment.
Analysis of models of fuel elements while using of surface mountng

This paper presents the thermal models of different fuel components that are attached in various ways to the board and calculations of their heat resistance are given below. Also in the analysis of the thermal resistances a great attention is given to the calculation of the thickness of thermal paste. It is shown that the thickness of the paste layer depends on the gap between the contacting surfaces.
